07/08/2025: Non è un caso, una coincidenza, ma una certezza, gustare pietanze che deliziano il palato con varietà e ricchezza di pietanze. Sei nel posto giusto se vuoi soddisfare il desiderio di assaporare piatti a base di pesce, il tutto pasteggiato da ottimo vino. Squisitezza e cortesia da parte della simpatica proprietaria. Servizio celere grazie alla professionalità di Marco e Marianna, che si muovono tra i commensali con il loro sorriso contagioso, gentilezza e simpatia. Vi consiglio vivamente di lasciarvi tentare da questa graziosa location.

I approached the Hotel Adria exclusively to offer—completely free of charge—a proposal related to artificial intelligence that could have greatly benefited the hotel. The reception was a very negative experience: the receptionist gave me a dirty look from the start, simply told me I couldn't speak to the manager, and handed me a card without even telling me the name of the person in charge. She didn't give me a chance to explain anything. This is not the kind of treatment expected of a hotel that wants to grow. The receptionist's role is not to create barriers, but to facilitate contact and represent the hotel's positive image. With such an attitude, the hotel misses opportunities for innovation and collaboration with people who could add value at no cost. I hope management reads this and takes note, because with a minimum of kindness and professionalism, the situation would have been completely different, and the hotel could have gained a lot.

18/09/2025: A fantastic evening thanks to the atmosphere and the company, but the venue helped make it perfect. It was reasonably crowded for a Saturday night, and the service was prompt, both in taking orders and in serving the dishes on time. The meat was fantastic, regardless of the cut, and the house wine was also exceptional, although they have a very well-stocked cellar. The desserts were also unmissable. The price was fair for the amount consumed. We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience. An hour's wait despite a reservation, just like all the other customers left outside waiting, and there were quite a few. Rude waiters and obvious chaos. The focaccia fell and was brought back to us by a hair's breadth. The Neapolitan pizza dough was raw. Take fewer reservations! You can't justify yourself with the usual "it's Saturday, there's a wait." If a reservation is set for 10:00 PM, a little wait is acceptable, but not a full hour. If this is a recurring problem every Saturday, you should organize yourself better and offer more efficient service. I work in the restaurant industry and know how it works. Don't just think about takings. Not recommended.

03/08/2025: Il pane e la focaccia meravigliosa...unica pecca la signora che serviva !Le consiglio di alzarsi la mattina con il sorriso visto che è il biglietto da visita .... è importante anche l'accoglienza! Per il resto tutto meraviglioso,anche i prezzi molto onesti.

28/07/2025: Tanta pubblicità e poca serietà. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una surprise bag to good to go e al momento del ritiro, ore 22:30, hanno detto che purtroppo non avevano più niente. ERA LA NOSTRA CENA!!!! Alla fine siamo dovuti andare in una pizzeria da sporto e dopo soli 15 minuti abbiamo finalmente gustato la nostra ottima pizza. UNA DELUSIONE!!!!

20/08/2025: It was my first time at the Chantilly Café in Acquaviva delle Fonti, and honestly, I wasn't expecting anything special... but I was amazed! The gelato was a true revelation: creamy, rich in flavor, and with truly delicious ingredients. Every bite confirmed the quality and care with which it's prepared. It's not easy these days to find a gelato that truly stands out, yet they succeeded here. A place that absolutely deserves to be discovered. Congratulations, a truly pleasant surprise!
