Family atmosphere, very clean. The food is very good and the staff is professional. I also recommend it for parties. I don't know the rooms but I can only think they are top.

Trovandomi a Polignano (BA) all’ora di pranzo ho attivato l’App The Fork per trovare dove andare a mangiare. Il Ristorante e B & B Casale de Fornaci ho ritenuto che fosse il migliore propostomi: prezzo medio € 30,00 con sconto del 20 % sul pranzo alla carta. Controllate lo sconto perché non applicano quello pubblicizzato The Fork ma inferiore. L’ho scoperto in ritardo e stando in viaggio. Lo segnalo quale Feedback di scarsa correttezza. Preciso che si è mangiato discretamente.

Let's start from the assumption that the location is not bad... but.... it is not possible to reach it by car, much less park nearby, you have to travel about 400/500 meters of the ancient village... cured meats ok.. cheeses ok, shame about the onion jam and honey which were in very small quantities! The not exactly free pizza, €22, is nothing special, on the contrary... the first one at €23/24 wasn't bad, but the flavor of the butter stood out too much and that of the truffle less so, lacking a note of freshness, which I highly recommend to the chef to revisit. For the rest reception ok.

23/03/2024: Very friendly and welcoming staff, the service was very nice. There aren't many seats inside, maybe no more than 8, if it gets cosy. The place offers an author twist on classic cocktails, but as it usually happens, a classic is a classic for a reason. I had a whiskey sour wannabe - Ebrezza del nonno, rewritten with bourbon only, primitivo and apricot syrup. Came too sweet for my taste, at times the lemon sherbet and the apricot were stronger tastes than the overall cocktail, so it could've benefitted from more balance. However, the place is nice, the staff are nice and it's a pleasant experience.
