Compared to a few years ago, the outdoor seating has doubled, which has also doubled the wait time for pizza. Luckily, this one remains very good, nice and crispy, and a pleasure to eat. I'd say the price is reasonable, so overall, it's a place worth visiting.

This isn't my first time at Oliver's, and honestly, every time I'm in Noci, it's practically a must. When a place maintains such high standards over time, it means there's passion and great care for the ingredients behind it. The highlight? Without a doubt, their carpaccio pizza. I believe it's truly unique in the entire area: the meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and pairs perfectly with the light and digestible dough. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to return again and again. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff friendly, which never hurts. If you're looking for a pizza that's out of the ordinary and want to play it safe, Oliver's is the place to go.

A historic restaurant in Noci, the pizza is still delicious after all this time...the service is very fast, with staff that at times makes you a little anxious...anyway, good pizza, fast service, fair price...a perfect combination.

12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!
07/12/2025: Lunch for a baptism. The waiters were very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.
