A fourth-generation bakery. And they're right to be proud of that. Something for everyone. Bread, baguettes, cakes, cookies, pizza... A warm welcome upon arrival.

The welcome is just the appetizer of the emotions this magical place in the center of Palese reserves for its customers. Cleanliness, simplicity, the spontaneous and smiling courtesy of Angela and Anna, and then, the aromas and flavors of old-fashioned bakeries. Traditional creations are complemented by innovations that meet all dietary needs and the most discerning palates, with gastronomy that feels like being at grandma's house for the genuine goodness it expresses. And the prices... truly more than adequate for the quality of the products. I found it almost by accident, and I'll never leave! Highly recommended!

Not like the old days ago. When I was little 40,45 years ago, the bakery was a nice place, the smell when you walked in was unique, it may be that my mother's family owns a bakery in Sicily, also with time I found it fun to buy pizza at 4 in the morning, it was so nice. Unfortunately today I don't have that feeling anymore, and it's a bit boring, but yeah. See you out there.

30/11/2025: I've been coming to Emilio's Bar for years and couldn't be more satisfied. It's more than just a bar, it's my daily go-to, so much so that I regularly choose it for informal meetings with my clients (who appreciate it). Emilio and his staff always offer impeccable, fast, and incredibly courteous service, combined with that never-failing friendliness that's essential for someone like me who's pressed for time. The atmosphere is quiet, and the quality is always excellent: excellent coffee, and the apple puff pastry...SUPER! Highly recommended for breakfast and more, for a work coffee break, or simply to start the day with a smile. Another convenience within his business is the newsstand/bookstore. WHAT MORE COULD YOU LIKE? The best in the area!

12/03/2026: While strolling near the Museum of Contemporary Art, we discovered this place where you can enjoy exceptional pizzas in a spacious and modern setting. Kudos to the staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
25/01/2026: Excellent value for money, many compliments. From the appetizers, very tasty and in good quantity, the grilled mortadella and the excellent fritters. Very good pizza. Really satisfied.
