08/04/2026: A totally unassuming place, typically open in the evenings, but truly worth recommending! It may seem unassuming at first, but that's only a guess. While waiting for our pizza, the waiters offer us tasty appetizers, the main course is delicious, and at the end, we get a farewell drink and ice cream, all for 8 euros. I'll remember this place for a very long time; maybe I'll be able to visit again someday. ;) I highly recommend it!

07/04/2026: You cant go to bari and not go here. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and great service. There is a wait and before you wait in line do write your name inside - but its worth the wait really.

04/11/2025: Excellent panzerotti made to order, sometimes with a long wait as customers patiently wait in the street for their panzerotti to be prepared. They are incredibly fresh, fried with a generous and very rich filling. All this for a very reasonable price: between €4 and €5 depending on the filling. A must-try unless you're allergic to fried food!

22/12/2025: La Gouterie is undoubtedly the best pastry shop, both sweet and savory, entirely gluten-free and lactose-free, that I know. They make many traditional Apulian desserts in gluten-free/lactose-free versions, as well as custom orders (cakes, panzerotti, etc.). They also sell a wide selection of packaged gluten-free products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: Excellent gluten-free cake, delicious, very well made and very tasty, ditto for the cookies I ordered that were supposed to be dairy-free and I found them! Everything was VERY appreciated and they already asked for more at home! The staff and owners were very kind and helpful, they helped me with my choice, giving me good advice with patience and kindness! I'm very satisfied, I'll be back again and again ❤️

I loved the interior with its Zen fountain, but also the exterior, which I'd say is enchanting for photographs and is ideal for summer receptions. Charming bathrooms. Friendly staff. The masseria is renowned and recognized as one of the best for wedding services. The presence of an AI inside is interesting. Recommended. A beauty of Puglia.

The service is excellent; the maître d', Paolo, is always kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!

The open kitchen is an added bonus: seeing the care and precision with which the dishes are prepared makes everything even more engaging and inspires great confidence in the quality of the work. The dishes were beautifully presented and, above all, delicious, with balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients. Also noteworthy is the wine selection, perfect for pairing each course. A funny little anecdote: throughout the evening, I kept calling the chef "Aldo," even though I knew his real name was Mimmo (Mimì) (maybe it was the wine 🤣). Chef Mimmo, by the way, is incredibly friendly and contributes to creating a welcoming, informal atmosphere. Despite my confusion, the staff was extremely kind and made the evening even more enjoyable. We were with two friends from Milan, and they were also completely satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic culinary experience with attention to every detail.

15/04/2026: At the recommendation of the receptionist at the hotel where I was staying, I chose to dine at this restaurant, owned by a friendly and welcoming family. I immediately appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the speed of the service. I chose a hot appetizer consisting of six delicious courses, including seafood salad, cod, and many other delicacies. Then came the seafood cavatielli, delicious and plentiful. The price was fair and honest.

03/03/2026: We went to Vindo' in Santeramo with friends. The experience was simply excellent! We started with a high-quality cheese platter, varied and beautifully presented, followed by a truly delicious roasted caciocavallo, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pan-fried cheese was also excellent, fragrant and flavorful, prepared with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The bruschetta was perfectly balanced. All accompanied by a rosé wine served at the perfect temperature, which enhanced every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, with attention to detail and great customer service. A place definitely worth a visit... we'll definitely be back!
