We booked this place by chance, and it surprised us in every way! The service was excellent: there was no wait, and Anna, sweet and extremely knowledgeable, welcomed us and explained every detail of the dish. The cuisine favors local ingredients, top-quality raw materials, and simple dishes enhanced by the chef's technique and love for good things.
We chose the tasting menu, but they are able to prepare menus with variations for vegetarians, vegans, and those with various intolerances.
We felt pampered from the first moment! If there had been a 6-star rating, I would definitely have added it 🌟!

Discovered by chance while searching online.
We had lunch at Easter and had a great time.
The dishes were original and carefully prepared.
I was particularly impressed by the fried egg yolk served on mashed potatoes and mushrooms, truly delicious and balanced.
The young man who served us was very polite and knowledgeable.

Stay away from lunch here. Unfortunately, I had to spend Palm Sunday here... people, what can I say: here, you don't mess around with supermarket stuff.
The chef is such a stickler for authenticity; he uses only organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients—practically from the garden to the table.
The CBT egg on creamed potatoes and roasted cardoncelli mushrooms? A peasant poem that makes you swear at the food industry!
Dishes for fundamentalists, I repeat. And I've discovered I'm a super fundamentalist!
Appetizers? – obsessive selection from local producers, zero chemicals. A delight for the palate.
And the rest of the lunch? – pure quality, no excuses. Everything tastes of authentic Puglia, for those lucky enough to just remember it or for those who come to discover it here.
Special mention for the pork fillet, "so tender it can be cut with a breadstick."
Their vermouths? Touching...
And as if that weren't enough, a truly sincere welcome.
The hospitality is "never leave"—they treat you like a long-lost relative. And after eating so well? Perfect digestion, thanks to organic ingredients and zero junk.

Yesterday we went to Cirinella for lunch and had a really good time! The staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at home, and the food was excellent. The best part is that you can really taste the flavors of Putignano's old traditions, those of yesteryear. Highly recommended.

My wife, I, and our two-year-old daughter had lunch today for the Putignano Carnival.
I must compliment the entire Cicirinella family because all the dishes served were homemade, well-crafted, and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back to try other traditional dishes.
