Wonderful dinner at Hosteria Cicirinella in the historic center of Putignano. A clean, quiet place with a welcoming atmosphere. Massimiliano is a super professional and welcoming owner: he passionately explained the wines and all the typical local dishes. We tried the classic bombette with potatoes and peppers and some delicious first courses. The extra touch? He offered us three glasses of wine, each paired perfectly with the dishes. Excellent place, authentic cuisine, and true hospitality. We'll be back!

One of the highlights of our trip. Traditional Apulian cuisine prepared with great care, high-quality local ingredients, and full of authentic flavors. A special mention goes to our waiter and sommelier, who was passionate, incredibly friendly, and gave us excellent wine recommendations. After enjoying an aperitivo in Piazza Plebiscito, this restaurant gave us one of the most memorable evenings of our holiday. Absolutely worth the detour.
