02/04/2026: A huge thank you from my wife and me for this amazing pasta experience! We just wanted a quick lunch and, based on the reviews, chose this small but very inviting and beautifully decorated restaurant. The staff is friendly and very attentive. We ordered a small appetizer and a pasta dish each. It was simply fantastic! Since then, we've measured every pasta dish against this one and haven't been this impressed by any other pasta in Italy (we traveled all across the country). Update August 2024: In 2023, we resolved to return in 2024, and we'll definitely be back next year. The pasta is still incredibly delicious. See you next year! And another update from October 2025: Once again, we were looking forward to the pasta; it was our first stop after landing, and once again, it was outstanding. Our travel plans for 2026 are already set, and we'll be back in May! Best regards from Berlin 🍝

14/04/2026: I didn't experience the venue as a guest, but I did go there as a set-up engineer: all the workers were incredibly kind, even willing to offer water to drink—guess what? Totally selfless... Absurd! To find such good people in this company 😊 The serene atmosphere, influenced by the presence of classical music during the set-up and Elvis Presley during the dismantling. I can't wait to have the opportunity to try you out and test the skills of your Michelin-starred chef.

29/10/2025: This family run place is absolutely wonderful 😍💗 The pistachio cream they use for their cornetto is homemade and tastes incredible - rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Panzerotto is freshly made and perfectly balanced, we tried all flavours, each was delicious. The owner is extremely kind and always ready to help you choose the best pastry. You can truly feel the passion and love for Italian baking in everything they do. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves authentic Italian flavors!

The only flaw is that it's not very big, but it's nicely decorated with typical American signs and posters. The staff is very friendly and happy to offer recommendations on what to order. I'll definitely be back.

13/04/2026: An excellent experience in Noci at Al Boschetto. Convenient location and excellent service, with friendly, prompt, and honest staff who warned us about the generous portions. The appetizers are the real highlight: plentiful, varied, and absolutely unmissable, a true immersion in local flavors. The meat is also excellent; the large rib-eye steak is truly spectacular in size, yet still quite thin. Prices are absolutely fair for the excellent quality and abundance offered. It's best to book well in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.

We opted for a seafood menu and were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the bold yet perfectly balanced combinations. ​The courses: The experience began with creative and expert appetizers: the citrus-flavored anchovies and the contrast between the shrimp and passion fruit were spectacular. Honorable mention goes to the porcini-crusted burrata, an explosion of local flavors, and the tender red tuna burger. The salmon with fresh cheese and turnip was also very refined, along with the asparagus rolls and the perfectly cooked white sea bream fillet. ​The highlight was the first course: a homemade pasta dish filled with monkfish, red shrimp, and sea asparagus, all tied together by a delicate yellow cherry tomato sauce. A truly memorable balance of seafood flavors. Desserts: To round things off, the desserts were a true delight. From the Toritto almond gelato (a local delicacy) to the revisited classics like the deconstructed cannoli and tiramisu, to a masterfully executed babà. ​The Venue and Service: The location is enchanting, with exposed stonework creating an intimate and classy atmosphere. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and discreet, exactly as described in their official presentation. ​Conclusion: A restaurant that honors Noci's tradition while intelligently innovating, especially in its seafood cuisine. An experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking the best in the Bari province.
