02/06/2025: A true taste discovery. This fusion takes you on a journey with finesse. Good wine cellar. New tiger rolls are to die for. Green Thai soba is good, but the pasta is a little undercooked. Ceviche is also good. Tiramisu revisited with a crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth biscuit. A must-do in Monopoli!

17/05/2025: I booked an online order via the app from the Monopoli branch that was supposed to arrive between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. At 10:40 PM, after numerous calls to which I never received an answer, I called the Bari branch who kindly helped me contact the manager of the Monopoli branch. If you are not able to manage home deliveries, do not do them. However, the food was good.

01/06/2025: They simply decided they didn't have any more space today, even though the place was empty and closing in 45 minutes. Best to make a reservation...

From the homemade bread to the starters, main courses, and desserts, everything is top-notch. And to top it all off, you're served with such warmth that it makes the evening a truly memorable experience.

02/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant 2 years ago so by chance I was a guest and it was love at first sight 😊 today it was my turn to celebrate my child's communion (I should point out that when I had the date here there was no more availability I preferred to celebrate after the date marked for me precisely because it was here that I wanted to celebrate) I chose them for the spectacular location, delicious and high quality food, Alessandro and Giuseppe two exquisite people always available, the very attentive staff what can I say I would go back again and again and again keep it up guys thanks again for the beautiful party ☺️🤗

02/06/2025: We celebrated my daughter Miriana's 18th birthday at Sala Ricevimenti Cristalli di Sale and we couldn't have made a better choice. It was an unforgettable evening, with attention to every detail. Alessandro, the owner and all the staff were simply extraordinary: professional, present, but always discreet, with a sincere attention that made the difference. We felt pampered, welcomed like family. Each of our requests was listened to with availability and carried out with care and passion. The result? A perfect party, which exceeded our expectations and which remained in the hearts not only of us parents, but also of the guests, who filled us with compliments. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for making this important day a real dream. We will always carry with us the memory of this wonderful experience.

25/05/2025: I was there yesterday, nice place and nice music, shame about the embarrassing price of water 3€ a bottle and undrinkable cocktails. Such nice places deserve a better bar service!

30/05/2025: Very fine food, fast and friendly service, and good home-brewed beer. The small menu offers typical local dishes; the parmigiana and orecchiette were freshly made and delicious.

21/05/2025: It was a very nice experience at Ceralacca. We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu and with the help of Paolo we prepared it and we had it for dinner. This was buenísimo! Alice was also a nice host while making the pasta. The hospitality was great. We had a very fun time while also tasting some great wines. We really recommend this place if you want to learn how to make pasta or just want to have a nice dinner in the evening! The homemade limoncello was also very tasty! You can book the cooking class via GetYourGuide.

19/05/2025: J’ai fait le cours seule et j’avoue j’avais un peu d’appréhension mais c’était génial . J’ai eu la chance de faire mes pâtes et mon tiramisu avec Alessia et Paolo. Nous avons passé un moment mémorable avec du bon vin et beaucoup de rire. N’hésitez à venir même s’il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde nous n’étions que deux et l’expérience n’étais que meilleure.

04/06/2025: Fantastic place with really reasonable prices and delicious food. Basically there are two combos for a person you can choose from. One with less appetizers (for 8 euro) and the other with more (for 12). Besides the appetizers you are guaranteed a pizza and a drink. There is a wide range of pizza compositions to choose from. From what I understood the appetizers may differ between the day and availability. Everything was freshly served and the staff was really nice. The place had a cool local vibe. If you are wondering if it's worth, it undoubtedly is!!
