25/06/2025: We came to Italy looking for new and better flavors than anything we'd ever tried before. After 10 days of visiting and eating in Italy, we found it at Blue Eyes. We ordered a shrimp bowl as a starter, fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I ordered the chef's pesto noodles, and it was the best pasta of my life—no exaggeration, very aromatic, smooth, and delicious. My husband ordered the 750g mixed fritters, and it was also a delight—very fresh and flavorful. For dessert, tiramisu: speechless. The only downside is that it's not in a great location, but everything else doesn't disappoint; on the contrary: an Italian marvel! A cool atmosphere on these hot days. Congratulations on this restaurant, which is also very affordable. Thanks for this experience! We'll be back to try more dishes.

18/06/2025: I was on June 1st in this wonderful rustic and family-friendly place, I ordered: a gateau of potatoes in Norcia style, a plate of trofie in Calabria style, and finally a slice of meat with parmesan, all of which was truly delicious. The prices are really affordable for those who want to have a complete meal with a tasty first course, second course, side dish and dessert. I will definitely return, to try other dishes from a large menu.

20/07/2025: I went to lunch with my family at 12:30 (opening time). When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff welcomed us and were friendly. We started with appetizers, ordering a raw ham and a house dish. The food was truly excellent. Then we ordered a first course and two second courses. I can't tell you what they were like because it was almost 2:00 PM and nothing had arrived yet. It was an eternity of a wait. We even asked the waitress, and she said it would be here any minute (it never did). Meanwhile, the tables had filled up, and those who had arrived after us had already eaten their first courses. So, after waiting a bit longer, we got up and asked for the bill. For two waters, a small bottle of wine, three appetizers, and octopus, we spent 82 euros. In conclusion, I'd say the food was truly excellent, but the wait was truly eternity.

17/07/2025: A great restaurant. I recommend anyone staying at the Nocolaus Hotel to make a reservation and go for dinner. It's right next door. The lady at the restaurant recommended fresh fish, which was kept on ice. The fish, after being prepared by the chef, was delicious. The seafood here is delicious. The Edda wine complements the dinner. Very good. One star removed for the atmosphere due to the noise level, as it was packed with gourmets. I recommend it!

01/07/2025: I love the pizza here! The dough is smooth and amazing! The pasta is okay but not really my liking! Big portion with fair prices love it! We chose pizza norcina 2 and we didnt regret it! Also the wine della casa tastes very good😉

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.

Impeccable service, with very polite people available for anything; possibility of paying by card without anyone looking at you with resentment. Excellent food, with very generous portions; good variety of choice between salads, first and second courses, but also delicious pizzas and sandwiches. What can I say about the desserts? Never a disappointment!!! Last delight? Melon cheesecake 😍 I can only recommend a place like this where you can eat or even just have a coffee, both in company or alone (a not insignificant detail). I also had a great time for the light and never over the top courtesy of those who were there. Congratulations. And see you soon ☺️

La location è splendida, situata in una posizione davvero ottima che regala un’atmosfera unica. Il cibo è di altissima qualità, preparato con una cura e una passione che si percepiscono in ogni piatto, così come la grande attenzione ai dettagli che rende tutto perfetto. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Angelo, il gestore, per la sua estrema gentilezza e disponibilità: ci ha seguiti con professionalità e un sorriso autentico che ha reso il nostro evento ancora più piacevole. 02/05/2025: We were a group of 8 friends passing through Gioia del Colle for a wedding and on the eve of the happy event we decided to have dinner in this pizzeria in the centre. The owner, very kind, welcomed us politely and gave us excellent advice on what to try from their menu without weighing us down. So we tried some fragrant, dry and tasty fried panzerotti; some delicate bruschettas with raw ham and stracciata and some pizzas which, although different from those we are used to at Campani, still fully satisfied us due to the lightness of the dough and taste. In addition to this they also offered us a sweet and some bitters all at a truly incredible price. In short, a simply perfect experience at Jodà!
