Its only drawback is during peak times: when the venue is fully booked, the wait to order or receive a drink can well over an hour, testing the patience of even the most enthusiastic. A place worth a visit, but best enjoyed on less crowded evenings.

28/06/2025: A wonderful discovery. A beautiful place in the typical cellars. We received a very warm welcome even though we arrived after 2 p.m. The owner and server were very friendly. The dishes were truly generous and of good quality. The antipasti platter was delicious, and the mixed grill meat was very good. I highly recommend this establishment.

05/07/2025: We had a double booked Airbnb so we called Villa delle Querce in the middle of the night. They were super helpful and still had a room available. The service and food is great and everyone is very friendly! A beautiful place and must visit.

The setting is lovely, especially the garden, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Special thanks to Angelo, who provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made our visit even more memorable.

01/08/2025: Excellent place for meat lovers, especially offal. The lamb chinchulin is amazing, and for melancholic Argentinians, they make some of the best mondongo I've had in all of Bari. Very low prices for the quality of service. I recommend trying the raw sausage and carpaccio 💣💣💣👌🏻🙌🏻💪🏻

29/07/2025: Truly an excellent grill restaurant! The meat is top-quality, perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. The place has a slightly rustic feel, but this contributes to the informal and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are lower than other grill restaurants, without sacrificing quality: the difference is probably just the location, but it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for those looking for good meat, simplicity, and excellent value.

07/08/2025: Mixed experience, poorly prepared pasta dishes... (one too salty and the other where the pasta was very crunchy, or even too much?), piece of metal in the pasta... no attention paid despite the remark... no bread served and no seasoning offered to go with the salad... a lack of attention was felt. Furthermore, the price of the dishes remains relatively expensive compared to other restaurants visited during the stay.

06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

08/08/2025: SERVIZIO: ⭐⭐⭐⭐; hanno servito l'altro tavolo prima di noi seppur fossimo arrivati precedentemente, tuttavia, camerieri cordiali e servizio veloce. LUOGO: ⭐⭐⭐⭐; abbiamo trovato la location molto graziosa e accogliente, tuttavia non do 5 stelle perché abbiamo trovato i tavoli leggermente troppo vicini tra loro. CIBO: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½; il cibo era ottimo, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Ho tolto mezza stella per il dolce (tiramisù), dove consiglierei di mettere i savoiardi.

04/08/2025: Good service and a great setting, but the food, in my opinion, isn't quite up to par with the price. Good quality, but not enough.

02/08/2025: Ciro was our waiter for the night, we didn’t look at the menu, just asked for recommendations. It was perfect. The restaurant is divided between the a more traditional style food and a gourmet “fancy” side. Ciro recommended us to stay in the traditional one. We started with an appetizer of “Capocollo and burrata”, followed by “Orecchiette di Grano Arso” (which was amazing and a must try from this restaurant), the “Polpettone” and the “Sbriciolata al limone”. Everything was perfect and I am now left debating if we should drive 2h back to eat there again!

01/08/2025: A well-kept and welcoming location, delicious food. Orecchiette and bombette are excellent recipes. The entire dining room staff was attentive and professional, especially with our gluten-free request. Thanks to Cosimo for his remarkable service.

17/06/2025: For my retirement celebrations I relied on the Boulangerie Sant'Achille of Sergio Spadavecchia who prepared a buffet for the occasion that stood out for its elegance, quality and refinement. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details: impeccably set tables, sober and at the same time refined decorations, elegant trays and stands. The quality of the food, from the savory delicacies to the refined desserts, exceeded all expectations. Everything was fresh and prepared with carefully chosen ingredients. The waiters, expertly coordinated by Mr. Spadavecchia, carried out their work with discretion and professionalism. A huge thank you to the Boulangerie for making this moment even more beautiful ... and delicious!

21/05/2025: Very good restaurant, the pizza was very authentic with amazing taste at a very good price. We stayed inside, which was a bit of a downside, but definitely recommend the pizza!
