A super traditional place, with that authentic, historic atmosphere that you feel as soon as you enter. Wide variety of panzerotti: from the classic to more unusual versions like meat, cacio e pepe, and turnips. We had a panzerotto with meat and two traditional focaccias from Bari: everything was delicious. Incredible prices: we only spent €7 total and had a wonderful meal. The gentleman who served us was very kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, there's also a fridge with beers and cold water. Highly recommended!

If you don't want to wait in endless lines at more popular places, just a short walk from Bari Vecchia you can eat a fantastic focaccia barese. The owner is truly knowledgeable and kind.

Great bakery. The owner is very friendly. The choice of food is big. I went twice in 2 days in Bari because of the great owner and the delicious panzerotto.
