The problem is that the space is a bit too small, in fact there is room for only 9 tables of a maximum of 5/6 people, but they free up quickly and so you only have to wait 5/10 minutes and you have a table all to yourself or the two of you.

24/10/2025: There are many cafes in the area, but this one surpasses them all, hands down. First of all, whatever you order is delicious. In particular, the croissant dough is damn perfect. My mother is very picky about her coffee, but every time she comes here, she insists on coming back several times. The bathroom is ALWAYS clean. The entire place is kept like a mirror, which is incredible, considering how many people pass through. But the most impressive thing is the service. Whether standing or sitting at a table, the service is impeccable. Friendliness, warmth, efficiency, optimism. You can be having a terrible day, then walk in here and, poof, you're overwhelmed by an unparalleled positivity. If all cafes were like this, the world would be a better place.

22/03/2026: We discovered Enobar by chance while wandering around Monopoli's historic center, where we had a pre-lunch aperitif in the quiet Piazzetta di San Giovanni, where the atmosphere is unimaginably relaxing and serene. The guys who run the place immediately welcomed us warmly and were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. They are attentive to their customers and are certainly well-versed in the products they offer, both food and especially wine. I hope anyone passing by can spend some time at Baldovino, which I highly recommend.

15/02/2026: First of all, I booked with Smartbox (they would have received the money anyway) for Valentine's night. Apparently, they were too busy because they called to tell me they were having some issues that had blocked the rooms and they let me sleep at a nearby B&B, but that I would still get dinner at the hotel (which was already included with Smartbox, so no big deal). Then came dinner: - unfriendly waiter who rolled his eyes at every request, uninformed and unwilling to provide further information on a menu that said "catch of the day" without specifying what it was. - there was an event going on for Valentine's night... I think that's one of the main reasons they moved my room. The food was average, all in all okay. At dessert time, my girlfriend received a dish with a hair in its hair that hadn't been changed. The only positive thing, and not even a great one, was breakfast. I can't rate the rooms because I didn't get to try them...

13/03/2026: We spent two nights in the adjoining guesthouse. The apartment had no windows, but the good lighting, size, and high ceilings made it very cozy and inviting. We felt completely at home. The location is excellent – ​​right in the city center and very central. Breakfast was served in the Italian style at the patisserie across the street. Unfortunately, it was closed on Monday, but we received a small picnic lunch instead. Thank you very much!

The food is not at all in line with the prices charged; disappointing cuisine, avoid it!! We left without ordering dessert, tired of the wait!!

16/12/2025: Last night, Monday, I purchased a milky scamorza cheese at my specific request, but at home I discovered that the scamorza I'd received wasn't what I'd asked for: it was dry and flavorless, most likely from a Sunday or Saturday. I understand that sales need to be made, but when a specific request is made, demand must be met.

05/12/2025: Amazing, delicious noodles, exceptional mozzarella. They brought them to me from Bari. These buine are unavailable in other shops outside of Puglia, where we live. Congratulations!

11/02/2026: I've been going to this place for several years, and the food is always excellent and the menus varied. I'd only improve the acoustics, which aren't always conducive to conversation. Regardless, I love it and highly recommend it for a pleasant evening with friends. Wonderful Officina!!!
