delicatesse In Polignano a mare

I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome. Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory, but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.

As a Korean, this is the most delicious food I've ever had here. If you're ever in Polignano amaretto, you absolutely must try it. Especially the baked potatoes, the orchid tomato sauce... The octopus and the meat were all excellent. By the way, this isn't just a random dish.

I got married on September 8, 2025, at a masseria in Fasano, and Angelo took care of all the wedding catering. The food was spectacular: the tuna tartare and seared octopus were excellent. Fresh pasta stuffed with scampi was even better. The slow-cooked suckling pig was the perfect ending to the meal, and we finished with the Pasticciotto cake, which was sublime. The staff and Angelo, the chef, deserve a round of applause. Highly recommended!!!!!

We've used this restaurant's home delivery service on many occasions. They've always been punctual and efficient with their deliveries. The takeout price is truly competitive. The quality of the food is excellent, and there's a wide selection of seafood and meat dishes. Highly recommended. They also offer gluten-free options.
