Place located in Mola di Bari, not very large but with a large car park. The menu is presented in Pokè style where you choose a base and you can add various ingredients (some free of charge, others at a cost of 0.50 cents up) Personally I preferred the old menu where there was also the possibility of having coupons via email . I would like to point out that the sandwiches are not served with potatoes for free and this is a big flaw but in any case the sandwich is quite acceptable. Maybe I'll return.

We got to know this place through the vast social advertising, so expectations were really high. Expectations fully met. Super welcoming place, very polite and trained staff on everything. Truly excellent products, unquestionable quality and absolutely perfect cooking. And trust me, the sandwiches you see in the photo are exactly identical in person, no pretence! Seeing is believing! Absolutely right price-quality for the products supplied.

La miglior hamburgheria di sempre, qualità, pulizia e ottima esperienza per il palato. I panini sempre eccellenti e molto gustosi anche piatti centrali come le patate con mortadella e pistacchio . I migliori in assoluto

Siamo clienti da tempo ormai e quando decidiamo di mangiare un buon panino in un ambiente tranquillo e con servizio top scegliamo a Mola la Barisienne. Ogni volta è una conferma. Un posto consigliato!

01/04/2024: The restaurant provided an amazing experience with a deserved Michelin selection, but the meal speed could be improved.
24/03/2024: Creative but not complex cuisine. The chef offers dishes that revisit custom without overdoing it. It surprises without shocking. We enjoyed the whole tasting journey chosen, and we would like to return. Bright and comfortable environment, attentive and impeccable service. Reasonable overall. Stellar, in my humble opinion: once the parking problem was resolved and the exit of the dishes from the kitchen was taken care of with the utmost care. Small flaw: no one asked for our coats, which remained on an armchair at the table for the entire lunch.
