17/12/2025: I worked in Alberobello for a while and came across it by chance: it was love at first sight! The welcoming and spotless environment, the staff always helpful and smiling, the excellent coffee, not to mention the desserts: sublime and authentic. It was, of course, my go-to bar for the entire time I worked there, and last night I enjoyed the best hot chocolate in Puglia, and I know what I'm talking about, since I drink it everywhere I go. In short, a super bar.

The Guinness is served perfectly (creamy as it should be!), but the real surprise is the food: the burger was phenomenal, with quality meat and super fresh bread. The added bonus? The live music. Top-notch bands who really know how to engage the crowd. A perfect mix of good food, excellent beer, and the right vibe. I'll definitely be back.

I've been there and had a truly positive experience: a perfect spot for breakfast, a sweet treat, an aperitif, or simply a moment of conviviality in the center of town. The location is excellent, right in the main square beneath Terlizzi's Clock Tower, with outdoor seating that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant, especially on sunny days. The food is excellent: artisanal gelato, fresh pastries, single-serving desserts, and delicious savory options like toasted sandwiches and appetizer platters. Every time I've tried something, it's been truly delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality evident in the details. The staff is friendly, kind, and approachable, always available to recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined and clean, ideal for a relaxing break or a chat with friends over a good coffee or a light cocktail. Borgo 35 is a must-visit in the historic center of Terlizzi: authentic flavors, a pleasant atmosphere, and a welcome that will make you want to return. I'll definitely be back! 06/01/2026: In this place, it seems as if time has stood still. Even the prices are stuck in the '80s. The food, the dishes, and the decor are impressive. You feel the passage of time, but the quality of the food and the personality of the place will stay with you, involving you in a high-quality culinary experience. Don't come if you're looking for, or expecting, something chic. Here, you'll find it. The tradition and affection of old-fashioned owners...who, reluctantly, can't allow the present to trample on the past. Delicious meat...We're in Sammichele, traditional first courses...excellent cured meats, comfortable location.

19/02/2026: It was my first time eating a nun's tea, and the cream inside was really good. However, for a small size, I think €1.50 is too much. The coffee (which I ordered double) was EXCELLENT. I hadn't found coffee of this quality in years. Well done! P.S. For those who have never been, table service is €1.

The simplicity and professionalism of the wait staff combine to create a simple and tasty food and wine menu... And how could we not mention the fried fish and the susumaniello! Thanks to Marika and the rest of the team for their hospitality! Recommended.

15/04/2026: The atmosphere of a small Italian café with character. We had the pleasure of being served by a very kind older gentleman – perhaps the owner? He doesn't speak English, but we managed to get the order right. The plain and chocolate croissants were fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the version with white cream, which we weren't entirely sure what it was, was second-rate, and we didn't like the cream itself. It's definitely not just whipped cream or mascarpone. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place!
