21/07/2025: Solito frequentare hotel in tutto il mondo per lavoro, mi trovo a dover incontrare un cliente nei pressi di Polignano. On line mi imbatto in questa splendida masseria, non ho dubbi, chiamo e prenoto. Ho trascorso un giorno di lavoro come miglior vacanza della mia vita. Coccolato e riverito dall’inizoo alla fine del mio soggiorno. Titolari e staff sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Cucina locale d’alta qualità. Prezzi più che corretti e location da favola. Non so se ripartire domani o trasderirmi direttamente a vivere qui. Lo raccomando vivamente a tutti. Stressati e non. Qui il sorriso e il relax regnano sovrani

13/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato oggi in 4 in famiglia, e come sempre questo ristorante offre cibo di grandissima qualità, materie prime eccellenti del territorio, antipasti molto buoni e tradizionali, i proprietari e il personale sono molto gentili.

23/07/2025: This osteria is a little gem in the historic center of Bitritto. A quiet and welcoming atmosphere. We went there on Sunday for lunch and had a divine meal, from appetizers to dessert. Franca's cooking was superb; the orecchiette with ragù and braciola were exquisite. Manola was very friendly and exceptionally kind. Thank you for everything, and see you soon! ❤️☺️

05/06/2025: So! I came in to drink just one beer and after I saw how it was served to me, I was very happy! The guy who served it was very professional. He knows exactly how to serve beers, he is a scholar! At the end of the second beer I thought about eating and the service I have to say is impeccable, they pay attention to every detail. I had finished the chips and the bowl was empty and after not even 3 minutes one of the waitresses took it away immediately. I only had the German beer to drink and I have to say that it is very good because obviously it is very well draught! To eat I saw the menu and I was surprised that they did not have hamburgers in a bun, but on a plate with bacon and eggs! Spectacular dish with an incredible flavor! I highly recommend coming here to eat and drink.

24/05/2025: The truth is we couldn't eat, it was 8pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025, with no tables occupied, they told us that since we didn't have a reservation we couldn't eat, supposedly everything was booked but there was no one there yet. Very bad service for how short we were there, it seemed to me that they were giving space to locals because it was Saturday and not to a tourist. Horrible feeling, don't go. There are thousands of other pizzerias to choose from, you can see they are overcrowded.

04/07/2025: Well-kept location, located in a strategic position, where there is no parking problem, therefore not a chaotic area, kind and fast staff, ideal place to enjoy a coffee in complete relaxation - recommended

19/05/2025: Excellent brewery, it has many varieties of craft beers, with different alcohol levels, many of which I drank and found to be very good. I recommend the "CellAmara", with the right alcohol level, fruity and slightly bitter. The environment is rustic, muffled, convivial and welcoming (it also has a terrace), the owner is polite, kind, and very well prepared. I tasted the cold cuts and taralli, local and fragrant. Everything very beautiful and managed with competence and passion. Congratulations!

11/06/2025: Yes eat well but watch the bill! Last Saturday during dinner I ordered four pizzas. After the appetizers I had one pizza removed from the order in time. I pay and I realize at home that they made me pay for it without consuming it.

27/07/2025: Siam venuti con la mia amica Isabella qui, ed è stato amore. Con il ristorante, non con Isabella. 😆 Tabula Rasa è un ristorante che prende il mare sul serio. Qui il crudo è trattato con rispetto quasi religioso. La frittura è tecnica. La pasta è pensata, non solo condita. Nessuna voglia di stupire a tutti i costi, ma l’intenzione chiara di far godere chi mangia, con una cucina che è identità, ma anche viaggio. Indovino il perché del nome. Forse una dichiarazione d’intenti: si entra senza preconcetti, si mangia per ricominciare da zero, ma col mare addosso. Crudi di mare – La selezione cruda è sontuosa e viva. Ostriche carnose, polpose, con quel brivido salmastro che ti prende il fondo della lingua. Le cozze sorprendono: fresche, lucide, sode. Una prova di qualità che racconta la filiera, il rispetto e la mano esperta. Nessun fronzolo, solo ghiaccio e un limone a lato. Giusto così. Polpo in insalata – Essenziale e sincero, tenero ma con mordente, servito con un taglio vivo di carote, sedano e prezzemolo fresco. Olio extravergine misurato e profumato. Crocchette con mousse di baccalà – Croccantezza da bistrot Piccole sfere dorate, fritte con mano ferma, niente unto, panatura sottile ma croccante. Commuovono. Gamberi in kataifi – Lussuria asiatica alla barese, sono ponte tra Bari Vecchia e Istanbul. Frittura secca, precisa. Un’ingegneria della goduria. Paccheri con scampi – Tradizione che si veste d’abito scuro. Impiattamento scenografico, da ristorante che sa il fatto suo. Il pacchero è al dente, ruvido, trattiene il sugo con dignità. Gli scampi, belli in vista, danno il tono e il profumo. Il fondo è un concentrato di mare, pomodorini appena passati. Perfetto il pane per fare la scarpetta. Ma avrei usato il dito. In sintesi?

18/07/2025: servizio disattento e ALTAMENTE scadente, ritardo nella consegna delle portate e qualitá a dir poco pietosa. Non ci tornerò mai più!
