This restaurant tells something through its location and its dishes. The menu is typical, traditional Gravina dishes and typical ingredients. It was a great experience having lunch here, I definitely recommend it

Our experience at Radici was very good. Both the welcome and the service were very kind, smiling and professional. The dishes tasted were well prepared and good in taste. (We still have doubts whether the Radici starter, which we ordered, was complete because it included 8 tastings and to us they seemed less...) The environment is very refined and particular. The price, perhaps, a little above average.

The meat had this burned fat taste which was nice. Not the exquisite kind, but still very good.
The horse meat dish was also nice. The aubergine parmigiana was OK. Pasta was nice.
We were charged a few euros more than what was in the menu. So I had to ask to correct the price (for parmigiana).

It's a wonderful restaurant. The architectural style is distinctive, the service is fantastic and the food is exceptional.

Sarebbe cosa buona e giusta indicare che la domenica ci sono 3 primi, 3 secondi e 2 dessert da scegliere sul menù. Se è stata la politica di una domenica in particolare avrei gradito essere messa al corrente durante la mia prenotazione . Locale caratteristico , piatti buoni ma niente di più , non credo torneremo.

Location suggestiva nella grotta… bellissima atmosfera seppur leggermente umida. Eccellente il servizio del giovane Umberto come tutte le attenzioni dello staff. Cucina eccellente nella migliore tradizione delle murge. Variegata la carta dei vini,.. superlativo il dessert dell’uovo che merita un ritorno per assaporare altre portate.., gentilezza e cortesia fanno da padrone. Prezzo importante!
