This restaurant is unlike tourist traps around Florence. The servers were very kind, food came out fresh and delicious. The sitting area outside was also very nice and dishes were reasonably priced.

This restaurant is located just steps from the Duomo. It features a characteristic Tuscan decor. Meticulous attention to detail. Clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, smiling, and polite. The food is AMAZING. Excellent wine. Highly recommended!

The owner is friendly and the T-bone steak is delicious. If you ask for sauce, it's instantly Mamma Mia. It's delicious even without any sauce, so you won't get tired of it.

Finally, a restaurant run by Italians....! Next stop in Florence, definitely at "La Cantinetta." Special praise to the manager, Giovanni. True tradition of Tuscan cuisine. Well done, well done, well done....Really well done!!!

07/03/2026: We had a baked panzerotto and a pizza, both excellent, very light and easy to digest. The thin, crispy pizza was a wonderful discovery. We were just passing through, but if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Very helpful and friendly people.
