23/04/2026: The service was impeccable: the staff was always kind, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. The time between courses was well managed, allowing us to enjoy ourselves, even on the table! Compliments
every moment.
22/03/2026: On Thursday, I went to dinner at this seaside restaurant in Molfetta with some colleagues, on the recommendation of one of them. The location is undoubtedly beautiful and evocative, but unfortunately, the culinary experience didn't live up to expectations.
We started with spaghetti with clams, lupini beans, and sea urchin pulp: the basic flavor was pleasant, but the sauce wasn't very thick, and, more importantly, both the clams and the sea urchin pulp were virtually absent. Furthermore, the plates were full of shell fragments, and most of the lupini beans were closed, a clear sign of poor freshness.
For our second course, we ordered a mixed fried fish dish, but again, we were significantly disappointed: it consisted almost exclusively of calamari, with one or two shrimp per plate, just two anchovies, and a single cod divided among three portions. Definitely unbalanced and far from what one would expect from a true paranza.
As for wines: only on our third attempt did we manage to find a bottle actually available from the menu, a rather unfortunate situation.
I understand that the restaurant has recently reopened, but that can't justify such sloppy management. A location like this deserves a much better food offering and organization. I wouldn't recommend it at this time.
