In all our food experiences in Italy, this stands out as the most positively memorable. The entire experience was great. It was practically an accident that we were in the area for dinner, and now we can't stop thinking about how to plan a trip back here. All the other great reviews were understated if anything. So good!

Very refined atmosphere, serious and composed staff, and above all, capable of providing the best possible advice to the customer.
Explanation of all the courses at the table (which is absolutely not a given).

Well done, very well done. A meat restaurant unlike any I've ever seen. Don't confuse them with a grill restaurant, because they're an excellent restaurant with meat dishes.
The wine list is EXEMPLARY (according to the sommelier). The owner manages the dining room courteously and professionally; nothing is left to chance. Truly complete professionals. Many compliments to them.
