Excellent pizza, certainly one of the best in Putignano

There is no such thing as a quiet evening... super crowded... undoubtedly good pizzas, but reaching €18/20 seems excessive to me...

Excellent pizzeria. The restaurant is housed in the large cellars of an ancient building in the beautiful historic center of Putignano. Very welcoming. There is a wide choice of pizzas with attention to the search for new formulations but always with the highest quality of ingredients. Often, off-menu, interesting and, at times, imaginative proposals. Various doughs to choose from. Excellent choice of beers. Various and tasty appetizers. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Il locale è suggestivo, l'accesso in un vicolo, ingresso con scale di pietra che scendono e si perdono e allargano in una vista spettacolare: perdete ogni speranza o voi che entrate, qui ogni vostra tentazione troverà pace!! Accoglienza ottima, professionalità eccellente, personale gentile e preparato. Ottima combinazione e sapiente ricerca di ingredienti di qualità nella giusta armonia: pizze super! Birre idem, dolci top! Il menù è un libro, ma è un libro ben scritto!! DA MANGIARE CON GLI OCCHI! Tanta scelta anche per chi ha intolleranze oppure è celiaco. Impasti ad alta digeribilità veramente buoni, croccanti e io che ho problemi con la digestione posso garantirti che lo sono veramente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Suggerisco le pizze special, forse a pagina 14 ( non scherzo!!) : la Napoletana Luxury e la Leonardo, il sufflé di cioccolato e mho basta... Andateci che io ci torno di sicuro!!

The entrance is already spectacular because it makes you feel like a big name on the Ariston stairs, all in stone and opening onto a spectacular, welcoming and pleasant room. Everything is very tidy, the professional and kind staff makes you feel at home. Excellent advice on choosing pizzas and a lot of refinement in the ingredients and combination of flavors. Wide choice of doughs also for celiacs. We were entertained before choosing the pizzas with delicious mini fries with cherry tomatoes. We also tasted the delicious battered cod. The pizzas are all special, but ask for advice on the special page...I think it's number 14. The beers are top. Excellent souffle and tiramisu. The right bill and proportionate to the quality. I'll go back as best I can!! I'm coming!!

I ate a very tasty vegan pizza, with fresh ingredients and a perfect multigrain dough. Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, made with the heart to offer a quality alternative on the menu. The staff is helpful and attentive in advising, the place is very picturesque, clean and well-kept, the price is honest. Well deserved name, congratulations!

Perfection. The best pizza you can find. It's one of my favorite places and I go there often. The service is more than perfect. The food is truly amazing and I'm not just talking about the pizza.

Espectacular carta de pizzas, de espectacular calidad. Esta pizzería, que antes se encontraba en otro punto fuera del centro histórico y desde hace pocos años se ha movido a este maravilloso local subterráneo, tiene una variedad de pizzas que habria que vivir aquí siempre para poder descubrirlas todas. Distintos tipos de masa, distintas categorías, ingredientes de primera calidad... Solo le echaría en falta una mayor variedad de entrantes y "contorni", sobre todo me hubiera gustado que tuvieran las típicas "fritelle". Por lo demás, perfecto todo y con un trato de restaurante de alto standing!!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo posto il primo giorno di sfilata dei carri di carnevale, ultimo orario per la cucina e quindi abbiamo trovato posto solo qui… ma siamo veramente rimasti soddisfatti ! Il locale è in una taverna, abbastanza grande, serve sia pizze che primi e secondi. Noi abbiamo preso due taglieri di verdure (buoni ma non abbondanti), il Ciccio, la mortadella alla brace, il baccalà fritto, vino. Inoltre, cosa molto carina, il locale è arredato come una vecchia cantina, con botte e prodotti tipici locali in vendita. Tutto davvero molto buono, servizio rapido e cordiale…. Insomma, consiglio vivamente questo locale che sicuramente riuscirà a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
