What can I say... a restaurant that represents a true temple of Apulian catering in all respects..... cuisine, service and hospitality at the top... all at correct prices especially when compared to other restaurants that want to appear noble but which then at the end they leave you very perplexed... Congratulations, we will be back.

Small but clean and well-kept environment.
We took the tasting menu and it was all more than excellent. The owner's greeting at the table was very welcome, a sign of great education and professionalism. The service was fast and attentive. The waiters were friendly but not intrusive enough to lend themselves to a small gag orchestrated by us to the "detriment" of some of our friends 🤣.

I have been to this restaurant several times for lunch. I'm not from Noci but I come back often. You eat traditional food cooked perfectly. Low prices. Excellent service: fast and friendly staff.

Nice place, edge of old town, easy to find, really nice venue/ambiance. English spoken by most or all staff. Didn’t return emails, so had to call in reservation, but that worked. Slow food designated. Started with two pastas -- one with red sauce and tomatoes over pureed fava beans – good. One was cheese ravioli with mushroom cream sauce, really good! Both had some ham chunks, very, very tasty. Followed with a nice insalata mista and the beef rolls in tomato ragu. Again, a good dish. Went for dessert, a chocolate cake and a “chocolate” salame. That latter was kind of fudge like. Both were nice, but I probably liked the salame the most. Lots of desserts on the menu, most seem “purchased.” The two we had were labeled “homemade.” Decent size wine list, including a handful of half bottles. Great for a single drinker. Not easy, necessarily to find them on the list, however, as they were not in a separate section. After dinner a liquor is included, either Noci (walnut) or Limoncello. Seemed random as to who got what, they didn't ask your preference.

Sehr angenehmes Lokal im Souterrain mit netten Obern, die einem alles gerne erklären. Sehr lecker die kalt/warmen Antipasti für EUR 15, dabei ein paar scheiben vom hervorragenden Capocolle-Schinken aus Martina Franca. Auch sehr gut die Tagliolini mit Gamberi, ebenso die Orecchiette auf traditionelle Art. Insegsamt sehr gute Qualität, traditionelle lokale Kost zu fairen Preisen. Sehr gut die Cuvée aus Greco und Fiano von A Mano aus Noci, die Flasche für EUR 15.
