10/08/2025: Mangiato straordinariamente bene. Tutto speciale e buono ma, in particolar modo, il baccalà e il risotto davvero spaziali. Personale davvero disponibile e gentile, con la responsabile Miriam davvero unica. Ci torneremo

08/08/2025: Siamo stati da Romanazzi’s a Giovinazzo e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La location è unica: tavoli affacciati sul mare, con vista sul porto e sul Torrione Aragonese. Un’atmosfera rilassata e suggestiva, perfetta per una cena tranquilla e curata. Il servizio è attento, puntuale, ma mai invadente. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, con discrezione e professionalità. La cucina è il vero punto forte. Abbiamo provato anche lo spaghettone bruciato, con quella crosticina croccante che dà carattere al piatto senza coprire i sapori. Ogni piatto è curato nei dettagli, con ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti originali, ma sempre equilibrati. La cucina è creativa, senza mai perdere di vista la sostanza. Carta dei vini ampia e ben studiata, con etichette adatte a valorizzare ogni portata. Un posto dove la qualità è alta e si vede. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

23/05/2025: Beautiful masseria in the Murgia south of Bari. Original architecture well preserved and in harmony with the surrounding environment. The presence of several rooms always makes receptions comfortable ensuring an adequate level of privacy. Good quality culinary proposal, impeccable service.

28/07/2025: Alberobello, YES... but away from the tourist crowds. Every dish on the menu is superb, as I've tried almost everything by now.

11/08/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, as was the burrata. After a bit of a wait, the first courses arrived: orecchietta pasta was not bad, and cavatelli in pecorino cream was awful, but unfortunately, it came out watered down, a dish that shouldn't have left the kitchen. Good service, but it was marred by the somewhat long wait. We must have had a bad day, which can happen, but it was still a bit disappointing. Maybe next time. Prices were perhaps a little above average.

06/07/2025: Large hotel with modern interiors. It is located about 1 kilometer from the sea and near the airport of Bari. Excellent, in my opinion for business stays rather than for vacation stays. Small but functional room with all the comforts except for the bathroom which is without a window. Efficient staff but yesterday quite anonymous. Good service at the restaurant, terrible service at the bar which is carried out by the same staff who serves the restaurant. The result is that for a simple coffee after dinner, you have to wait for the chance passage of a waiter who wants to stop at the bar service. Excellent room cleaning. Equipped with a swimming pool where you can get a minimum of relaxation. In conclusion, a 4-star hotel without infamy but also without specific praise.

04/07/2025: Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature, large and well-furnished rooms, excellent cleanliness. Stunning landscapes and absolute tranquility. Excellent B&B, the only inconvenient thing is having to travel by car to go and have breakfast (which is complete) in the main building and the roads that create a lot of dust. Excellent service and very helpful and professional staff. Ideal place to spend a few days in complete relaxation and go on excursions.

25/07/2025: We spent a wonderful evening with some dear friends at Masseria La Lunghi in Putignano (Turi)! We sampled exquisite cured meats and cheeses, as well as delicious panzerotti! A very positive note is that they also prepare gluten-free panzerotti for those with intolerances and celiac disease. The hospitality was warm and friendly! I recommend it to everyone, especially because it's extremely interesting for families, as the kids have plenty of space to play!

07/07/2025: Creperie located in the center of Monopoli, where you can enjoy delicious crepes. Even celiacs can indulge in the whim of a good gluten-free crepe (which is still very rare unfortunately). Thank you!

15/06/2025: La Crêperie da Gentilezza is a little corner of taste and attention to detail. The staff is really prepared, kind and attentive, and you can clearly perceive the passion they put into each creation. The crepe dough is excellent: light, well-balanced and with a perfect consistency, both in the sweet and savory versions. Everything is taken care of with taste, from the plating to the quality of the ingredients. A place where you will gladly return!

25/06/2025: Too expensive for the type of environment ... old style .. not even in the countryside do we use it anymore .. the brioches are good but not very filled ... they don't know how to make ginseng coffee and the cover charge !!!! They charge a cover charge !!!
