01/05/2026: If hygiene came there, this place would be closed within 24 hours. Nothing tastes the way you expect, and that's not meant in a good way. I'm already sick. I'll remember this place involuntarily for a long time. Stay away as much as possible. 🙂

30/04/2026: I've known it for years, and nothing has changed. The service is always excellent, and the food maintains the same high quality standards. Service is fast and efficient. The owner is always polite and smiling. The prices are proportionate to the food. It deserves every star.

16/05/2026: Nice little place, nice and spacious atmosphere, great welcome. Friendly and professional service staff. New and tasty gourmet pizzas, excellent dough and leavening. Desserts from Olympus!! The only flaw was the Piedmontese Fernet at the end of the dinner (it seemed strangely watered down). All in all, a good and pleasant experience. Prices commensurate with the quality.

Shrimps - good; grilled cheese - good, but could be even better if the grill is clean and there are no other aromas; beef filet - medium to rare was well done, wine reduction was more wine than reduction; bombets - not from filet, not good meet - worst dish; potatoes in oven - zero salt or any spices.

27/04/2026: A very cute little place downtown. Their delicious "patan e scorz" are highly recommended, the horse meat strips are excellent, and their first courses are truly delicious. 🤗 I'll definitely be back to try their basic drinks and their delicacies. Highly recommended!!

25/12/2025: Disappointed. Since it's a rather renowned establishment, I thought it was the right place to celebrate Christmas with the whole family, paying the right price for service worthy of the reputation. At the end of the evening, the service didn't live up to expectations. 1) The salmon appetizer was served without the expected crostini. An essential element to break up a strong-flavored dish. Since these weren't à la carte orders, this is a glaring omission for those who plan their supplies and for the quality of the location. 2) The staff in charge of serving wine at the table were often assigned to multiple tasks, so we had to wait for them to be free to have our wine poured. I think that if you want to offer a superior level of service, you have to be capable of doing so, otherwise, you leave the ice bucket in the center of the table with the drink inside. 3) Still considering the location, it was embarrassing for the establishment to hear the table service staff say that coffee wasn't provided and that it would be served as a personal favor. 4) Last but not least, the fact that they ended the evening quickly (before 6:30 PM) while the other rooms inside the establishment continued the party joyfully. CONCLUSION: I won't be returning... anytime soon.

09/12/2025: La Perla del Doge is a magical place, where love and the enchantment of the sea view meet and create an indescribable emotion that will remain forever etched in your memory. The staff was excellent, from the welcome upon the bride and groom's arrival to the entire process of that wonderful day! They were attentive to everything and were ready to provide their best service. We got married on September 15, 2025, and to this day we can only speak highly of it and have wonderful memories of that day! The banquet manager was excellent, and all the staff who assisted us throughout our journey were unique... our DJ Alessandro was phenomenal! Impeccable, he knew how to entertain all our guests and make them have a great time. This will definitely be OUR ROOM for future parties ❤️ We couldn't have chosen better ❤️

25/04/2026: The pizza dough is delicious (with the option of a grain-based dough), the toppings are good, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is quaint (stone vaults, wooden floors, wooden tables), and overall, it's a great experience.

15/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria, clean environment. Excellent pizzas, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. Reservations are required. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Usually crowded, with many takeout customers. The only drawbacks are the noise level and the tables are too close together.

The food is carefully selected, with a focus on local products and a taste of the Murgia region. Excellent appetizers and first courses. Typical local meats such as lamb, mutton, and "pezzente" (pork sausage). A restaurant for those who love good food.
