The music kept the atmosphere lively and fun throughout the evening. The outdoor pool area was a great success, offering an elegant and relaxing environment. The service was impeccable, with friendly and professional staff who took care of every detail. A special touch was the complimentary night in a beautiful suite room and private access to the pool the next day, a gesture that made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this location for any special event. A truly unforgettable experience!

11/07/2024: I book in time for a Saturday, they call me the week before to tell me that they have a private event and have to cancel the reservation, but that I can go the next day, on Sunday.. The day before they send me a whatsapp for cancel the reservation again due to works throughout the week. It turns out that today we are in Conversano and the following Wednesday they opened... If this restaurant has a "Michellin sun" it may mean that the level is very low in the guide.

24/08/2024: We went out to eat in this restaurant without making many demands, and then the surprise was that I have never eaten so well before, everything that was served was local but very, very tasty. Staff very friendly, you should definitely go there.

29/08/2024: Nothing to say about the food. Everything was amazing but the service completely awful and terrible. Once we got here we waited 20 min for them to clean the table. We saw 2 tables leaving because these kids (servers) didn’t pay any attention to the clients and were forgetting orders. Unbelievable and sad because food is pretty good but their systems and customer service is below 0 Don’t recommend to anyone

26/08/2024: Siamo venuti qui perché sapevamo facessero panini senza glutine, e sotto questo punto di vista lo consigliamo molto! Sono stati attenti alla contaminazione ed il pane era molto buono. Il locale si trova nella via principale di Alberobello, ma essendo un po’ infondo non è troppo turistico, c’era però comunque un po’ di gente. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare abbastanza per dei panini, più o meno 30 minuti, cosa che ci è sembrata un po’ assurda. Nonostante ciò lo consigliamo perché i panini sono molto buoni, abbiamo ordinato un panino Mediterraneo e uno Stracciatello, apprezzati. Il servizio non benissimo per quanto riguarda l’attesa, ma la ragazza che serviva ai tavoli era molto attenta e cercava di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.

22/08/2024: We waited first in line for about 40 minutes. Speed ​​of service? Well... Quite slowly. Then my partner ordered bruschette with salmon. It was hopeless ;) it was like ready-made crackers with ready-made cheese. For 9 euros you can expect more, especially since we have already ordered from another place and even a simple dish was interesting. I ordered a Poke bowl with mango, rice, broad beans, onion, and octopus. The ingredients didn't fit together at all. One was sweet, the other was bitter, they didn't combine at all. We definitely didn't go back. Two stars for the nice street decor.

Furthermore, mediocre pizza, badly cooked crust and low quality speck. *** (in response to the owner) Either you're telling falsehoods deliberately or you don't even know how to do math other than pizza! Since the pizza cost €8.50 and you didn't have the change of €10. A €1.50 tip that I would have easily given for good service, but not for an hour of waiting (for a pizza like this). 06/08/2024: Similar to McDonald's but the quality of the food is lower, the environment is worse, even the bathrooms are inaccessible and last but not least you have to go out by ten because they close

28/07/2024: Di ritorno da un weekend in Basilicata ci siamo fermati a Gioia del Colle , da una rapida occhiata sulle valutazioni dei ristoranti presenti a Gioia del colle , la scelta ricade su questo ristorante. Strano ma vero , una cittadina della bassa Murgia Barese un ristorante a base di pesce . Ottimo pesce e ben preparato. Da ritornare . Personale gentile e ben disponibile .

21/08/2024: Stumbled across this place whilst walking Noci, our normal wine bar had no meat and everywhere just appeared to be closed . The local wine was stunning and 2 pizzas were superb, along with a slice or 3 for supper, truly recommended . We were late in, (3pm) and Told pizza only, to explain the rating on service which is a shame , but should return to test the pasta
