What a spectacle!! I'll start with the key point: the quality-price ratio is perfect. Mind you! Not cheap, but perfect. To achieve this, nothing needs to change. You choose your meat at the fresh counter and have it cooked. The service is impeccable, with regard to order, the order of arrival, and the cooking. The stairs to the upper floor are steep, not easy for those with mobility issues. The staff is friendly and able to manage the dining room even with a large number of people. The price, I repeat, is excellent for the quality, but if it were a little more or a little less expensive, there would be something wrong. The desserts are delicious, the wine is acceptable, but I've seen better. The entrance, where you choose your meat and pay, isn't very convenient. A bit confusing and sometimes crowded. Overall, 10 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'll start by saying that the meat is delicious, the selection at the counter was impeccable, and once tasted, the difference between one cut and another was clear, with perfectly distinguishable flavors, which is not at all a given. The only negatives were the restrooms, which had a strange, strong, and not at all pleasant smell. I also want to highlight the table service, which was a bit too aggressive. Touching the salt or oil containers and inexplicably moving them from one spot to another on the table while we were busy finishing our food was quite strange, I find it quite strange. The feeling of being constantly observed was palpable, even touching the beer bottle before it was finished, I don't think it was right. To sum up, the food was excellent, as were the prices, but the service could be improved; you could really feel the anxiety of wanting to clear the tables quickly.

A typical and interesting concept. You choose your meat from the display. And goodness knows there's a wide selection of specialties. Then you take a seat while the kitchen does its work. Reservations are recommended. Ask for their number upon arrival to join the queue at the butcher's counter. The service is efficient and friendly (thank you, Massimo). Delicious, varied, and authentic, all at a reasonable price, far from tourist traps. A great experience. I recommend it.
