05/05/2026: We visited this pizzeria in Valenzano and had a truly excellent experience. The dough is light, well-aired, and you can taste the natural leavening that makes it extremely digestible. The ingredients used for the toppings are also high-quality and generously distributed. The place is welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a pleasant evening. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt, despite the place being busy. An excellent place for those looking for quality pizza in the area.

08/06/2026: Located in one of Bari's most dynamic and growing areas, brimming with restaurants and activities, this restaurant left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives: the staff was helpful, courteous, and reasonably knowledgeable, contributing to a pleasant service. The food was also satisfying: the spaghetti all'assassina was good, but I personally don't consider it among the best I've tasted in the city. The same goes for the panzerotti, tasty but lacking any particular elements that make them memorable. The real downside was the location's acoustics. In my opinion, the place isn't adequately soundproofed, and the noise was excessive throughout the dinner. My companions and I really struggled to converse peacefully, making the experience less than relaxing. I even asked to be moved outside to avoid the noise, but unfortunately, my request wasn't granted. Overall, it's not a place I'd enthusiastically recommend, especially to those looking for a quiet dinner. However, it's worth a visit to try it at least once, especially to get a feel for it. The pasta here is simply outstanding — honestly the best pasta I’ve had in all of Italy. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic flavor. Highly recommended!

16/07/2026: Very disappointing! Very expensive and really not good quality compared to other establishments in Bari. And to add to this disappointment: the waitress was not at all friendly. Avoid at all costs.

15/07/2026: The two of us sit at an outdoor table, about ten meters from the counter. 20 minutes to take our order. 10 minutes to serve an espresso. My partner doesn't drink anything. The real surprise, however, comes with the bill: Espresso: €1.30 Service for two: €2.00 I confess I wasn't sure what the service charge included. Perhaps it was the waitress's shoes to cover the ten meters from the counter to the table, or a portion of the public land use tax. In any case, paying more for the service than for the coffee, after a half-hour wait, is an experience I won't repeat. I drank the coffee. The service, evidently, was consumed by someone else.

12/11/2025: Strange place. You order and pay before you even eat. Plastic cutlery and cups. Pizza in a box as if it were takeout, but we didn't pay a cover charge. The pizza was thin and small, but tasty and good.

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.

25/12/2025: We had some appetizers and pizza, delicious and thin, just the way I like it. We also had dessert; I found the "dirty mussi" to have a salty aftertaste that wasn't normal. The price was really competitive given the central location. I would definitely go back, but I'd choose a better dessert!
