Piazzetta 10 Food&Drink In Monopoli

Good pizza and pizzeria in a beautiful little square. On my buffalo, which was still excellent, I would have used the buffalo completely cold. Medium crust, well cooked. Advise

Best food we’ve eaten since being in Monopoli, fantastic service, great options on the menu, and an overall fantastic experience. The food took a tad bit longer than expected to arrive, but believe me, it’s worth the wait. Can’t say enough good things about how enjoyable of a dining experience this was, 10/10 would recommend.

Ce n’est probablement pas le restaurant le plus typique de Monopoli, ni le meilleur rapport qualité prix, mais c’est très bon ! Portions correctes et personnel souriant, la terrasse est agréable et les produits frais. Mention spéciale à la cuisson des pâtes, qui était parfaite !

Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, a porcje naprawdę duże. Przystępne ceny i miła obsługa. Obiad dla dwóch osób z winem to wydatek rzędu 35-50 euro.

First rate food cooked in a very busy kitchen and food is king. Probably the most tables I spotted in any restaurant in Monopli and looked after by three very efficient, friendly staff. Young tall waiter very knowledgeable about his wines too.. I discovered it by accident and had no booking but I was welcomed in. I had the deep fried fish platter with a huge plate of chips that would feed five people on the first night. It was so good I ate it with my hands. The second night I had the fish stew but I thought it just didn’t have the depth of flavour that it should have. I noticed that my dining companions of the previous night had also returned after me. Always a good sign. Now I know that dress attire has relaxed in the catering business but I would tell the old guy on the till to smarten himself up, he let the whole atmosphere down, with his following the waiters around checking on things, then roaming off into the kitchen. Smile a little and learn some English as most of your customers spoke it. The place was full of Americans, Australians, South Africans, and some English.

A good place if you want to eat fresh seafood. The "tartar of three" was delicious, the fried octopus didn't disappoint either. Staff is friendly and attentive, you won't have to wait long to get another drink or your check. The restaurant is located on the corner of the square, which gives you a nice view, especially in the evening, with all the little lights around.

I don’t quite understand why they serve a pizza without cutting it into pieces, it just becomes bloody hard work. And to serve the pizza before the drinks just seems backward.
