24/01/2025: Really fast and efficient service. More than affordable prices - drink no longer free! (extra charge of €1, an offer which is difficult to find elsewhere). Pizza slightly above average - quality of mozzarella and tomato sauce could be improved. Sometimes chaotic environment. There is no heating if you eat in the restaurant, but I understand, they are not the only ones. Services ok.

21/01/2025: Salve Ordinato la pizza tel. Appena arrivato casa le pizze erano tutte completamente bruciata sia sopra che sotto. Abbiamo richiamato per dire appunto che le pizze erano bruciate e non si sono neanche scusati ma le volevano indietro. Mi chiedo cosa se ne sarebbero fatti. Come minimo per non perdere i clienti avrebbero dovuto rifarle visto che sono state pagate .Sicuramente hanno perso un bel po' di clienti anche perché non ci andremo più. Sconsigliamo vivamente. Esperienza pessima.

04/02/2025: Very bad experience. I received half a dried up chicken (2 thighs instead of 1 thigh and 1 breast) and an old, dry panzerotto. I called to report what had happened and, first the sales assistant, then the manager, were rude and very rude. I reported what happened to Glovo and I strongly advise against this place. I will never order from them again. Money and quite a bit, down the drain.

10/12/2024: Excellent food as always. Too bad about the service: hasty, rude and rude. We had asked for two panzerotti and by choice of the shop assistant we ended up with one. Unclear on where to pay with tickets and debit cards. At the end of the order, envelopes slammed on the counter. In short, a questionable experience. If I go back I will do it for the excellent food.

01/02/2025: Upon entering the room the entire floor was sticky everywhere. they make us sit at a table next to the wall. the wall was completely stained with sauce encrustations for who knows how long.

17/02/2025: Oggi io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo fermati per pranzare in questo locale. Sono entrata io nella zona del self service ( i cuochi super gentili e disponibili) dove c’era parecchia gente e probabilmente mi sono caduti gli occhiali da sole o li ho appoggiati per errore mentre stavo pagando. Quando poi fuori mi sono accorta di non trovarli sono rientrata chiedendo gentilmente se li avessero trovati. Il responsabile( credo) con un viso tutt’altro che scherzoso mi ha detto con gli occhiali in mano “ per degli occhiali così dovresti almeno offrire una bottiglia di Alta Langa 45 euro ai miei dipendenti” e io ho risposto sorridendo ( ero certa stesse scherzando) “ domani torneremo a mangiare grazie mille” e lui “ potete tornare se vi siete trovati bene ma non c’entra. Dovresti davvero ringraziarli ad esempio con una bottiglia del genere altrimenti gli occhiali posso tenerli io “ (mettendoli anche per fare il simpatico ma con un tono assolutamente serio, che poi con che confidenza e che educazione?)e io scioccata l’ho ringraziato di nuovo e sono uscita. Probabilmente il responsabile avrebbe preferito che io non me ne accorgessi per poter tenere gli occhiali di Prada, anche perché mi aveva vista perfettamente e avrebbe potuto richiamarmi nel momento del ritrovamento. Ma oltre a questo, io faccio il vostro stesso lavoro e ho sempre conservato gli averi delle persone sperando che tornassero a prenderli perché è così che si è umani e rispettosi del prossimo. Ho trovato di cattivo gusto il gesto e l’allusione al fatto che gli occhiali di Prada valessero almeno una bottiglia ai suoi dipendenti. Se avessi preteso regali ad ogni ritrovamento ai miei clienti a quest’ora avrei una casa in montagna pagata. Mi dispiace, cibo buono, ma per questo trattamento non ne vale la pena. Tornate con i piedi per terra ed imparate l’educazione, di certo fossi stata un uomo non avresti avuto il coraggio di “”” scherzare “”” così.

14/12/2024: slow service, the portions were too full of soggy rice and the fish was frozen, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. There were 4 of us and 3 of us were sick all night. Be careful because the fish is definitely not fresh.

22/11/2024: Almost everything was perfect except for the waiter who served us (the others were all very friendly), irritable and annoyed, after having collected the order I asked to leave a menu on the table, I almost had to take it out of his hands. 08/02/2025: Good reception from that Male staff, food and drink was good. However, the continued condition of a young woman was very unfriendly. We come from Switzerland where many people refrain from revealing their financial status to the outside world, which obviously puts us lower on the service priority list. Having to wait 15 minutes for another order to be clarified is completely unacceptable at such a high level. A customer is a customer regardless of whether they are carrying a Louis Vuitton bag or not. We then left it at one order.

13/12/2024: A really nice pub. The cuisine is excellent, the first courses in particular. All the staff are extremely friendly, nice and kind. The bathroom is always spotless and the beer is excellent ❤️ I come here every two weeks and there has never been a time I've left dissatisfied! Really good :)
