01/08/2025: Marilena is finally back under the old management! Ordering takeout from this pizzeria is always a guarantee! The dough is truly excellent: light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with a perfect crispiness on the edges and a soft interior that captivates with the first bite. The quality of the ingredients is evident, from the stringy mozzarella to the fragrant tomato sauce. Delivery times are always on time, often even earlier than expected—a detail that really makes a difference, especially on busy evenings. Another plus is the kindness of the staff: courteous, helpful, and always smiling, both on the phone and during delivery. Impeccable service that completes an already excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, hot, and timely pizza delivered right to their door!

30/06/2025: Unfortunately, an experience bordering on decency. The room was not clean: we found dead insects in the bathroom and ants everywhere. The air conditioning did not work, making the night really difficult. Apparently, reading the previous reviews, it is a problem known for a long time and never solved. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the total absence of staff: after check-in there was no one at the reception, neither to report the problems nor at check-out. Our expectations were not high, but we did not think we would leave disappointed.

04/08/2025: On July 31st, I bought a small cake from the display refrigerator for a last-minute event, paying €23 + €2 tip. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the refrigerator was extremely dirty, but given the time, I decided to trust them. Mistake. I was supposed to buy a semifreddo with sponge cake, chocolate, cream, and strawberries. The "sponge cake" was actually a months-old Christmas pandoro—I repeat, it's July—the cream was watery, and the strawberries were frozen, soft, and flavorless. A completely inedible dessert: after the first slice, it ended up straight in the garbage. If you want to make a good impression or simply enjoy a decent dessert, don't come here: nonexistent quality, sloppy presentation, and zero customer service. A real waste of money and an opportunity. Not to mention the impression I made on my guests. Extremely disappointed.

02/08/2025: 5:30 PM, August 1st. Regarding the food, it's the same as any McDonald's. The problem is the takeout staff: they chat with people not in uniform, and it's unclear whether they're off-duty employees or friends. The fact is, these "friends" drink coffee and set it on the inside of the counter where takeout orders are prepared (and the on-duty colleagues don't even notice they're mingling with customers' bags). I ordered takeout and they handed me the food without a takeout bag or a "hello," calmly continuing to chat about their private lives in front of all the customers. Wow. - - - IN REPLY: I took a screenshot of your response. I think the privacy commissioner will be very interested, as I believe it's not very legal to use and write about having used camera footage for these purposes. I also believe that responding to a review like you did is not only inappropriate but also illegal. Try to find out more. Ps: I didn't buy a milkshake

09/06/2025: Fantastic Neapolitan pizza. Delicious sauce, you can feel the tomatoes. Mozzarella fior di latte spread beautifully on the pizza. Short waiting time, very nice service. I recommend, so-called "Must visit"

29/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato con famiglia e amici: la location è bella, spaziosa e fresca. All'aperto si possono ammirare vari animal da fattoria. Il cibo è ottimo e in particolare abbiamo apprezzato l'insalata di pollo, tenerissima, il risotto al Castelmagno e il brasato. Il servizio è efficiente. Personale veloce e gentile. Consigliatissimo!
