Da Carletto trovi professionalità, gentilezza, organizzazione e menù con portate di stagione e preparazione dei cibi sempre freschi. I prodotti surgelati non esistono nella politica del ristorante! La Signora Maria sempre gentile ed attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Nabil, il direttore di sala, molto professionale! Il fritto allegato il foto...super!

02/02/2025: We stayed at this property yesterday .... wellness package for couples. We were satisfied....everything was as described by Mr Andrea on the phone. We had dinner in the adjacent restaurant (Rosso pomodoro) friendly staff and very good food, the room simple and clean.... breakfast was a bit chaotic but good and the Spa adjacent to the hotel was small but nice and very clean!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!

30/01/2025: Hotel with very simple, but clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was missing many things because the room was full. They were supposed to replace the missing items for the next customers who showed up for breakfast. Prices normal. Large parking lot.

28/08/2024: I, as a member, thank everyone for your reviews and preferences chosen or taken, but Mr. or Mrs. Ros should and/or could take less care of those who would have chosen to "self-suicide" by turning to alcohol thus being classified or defined as a drunkard and should and could speak directly to me or Lucrezia about the possible annoyance, we will take immediate action regarding the potential problem. Some people of the town, do choreography on the spot, some don't. In any case, Ros, I am still there and remain grateful for your writing. Regardless, it could always be better. But even worse! Energy and health to us all!!! 🤙

25/01/2025: We went to this restaurant during a fencing event and it was a great surprise. Very nice environment with sandblasted brick vaults, dark wooden tables set in a simple but clean way. We ate an organized menu with vitello tonnato agnolotti and peaches in chocolate. everything was really good and looked after. But the added value was the extreme kindness of the owner and his daughter who tried to accommodate my wife's dietary restrictions (NO WHEAT FLOURS, NO COOKED OILS, NO cheeses, no dairy products, NO YEASTS, NO WINES...) in short, in other places they would have sent us home. Thank you for the excellent service

15/12/2024: I ordered eggnog in a cup asking if there was lactose, the lady insisted saying that however there was Marsala... They served me a glass of lumps (1 and 2 cm in size) immersed in a bit of eggnog. After reporting it they brought me a glass with half of the previous contents in which there were still 0.5 cm lumps... They had removed the larger ones with a spoon... A coffee and an eggnog 8 euros

27/12/2024: Veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti...all delicious and cooked to perfection, prices in line with trattorias but the waiting times are a bit long...probably because they don't have staff...anyway we will return armed with patience

16/02/2025: We went to dinner on Saturday evening 15/02 with a group of friends, there were 10 of us. We arrived at Campo Smith in Bardonecchia around 7.00pm, we took the chairlift up to the slopes, a snowcat was waiting for us there and transported us to the Chesal refuge. It was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it. The place is charming and the staff are very kind and professional I ate well but I recommend for the future perhaps increasing the doses of polenta and using a more local product, what I ate honestly seemed like the instant one from the supermarket. For the rest nothing to say.

05/02/2025: From the refuge you can enjoy a very suggestive view, the hot chocolate is excellent!

16/01/2025: On Thursdays, it closes at 3pm, we arrive to eat around 2.20pm and we are told that "everything turns off" at 2pm. All you had to do was adjust Google's timetables

30/11/2024: Pizza estremamente sottile ma enorme, cotta bene e farcita correttamente. È necessaria la prenotazione poiché i tavoli sono pochi. Prezzo nella media.

11/09/2024: Per chi ama una pizza fine ed "enorme", pizzeria Da Gianni è da non perdere. Bisogna però prenotare almeno due gg prima, vista il grande afflusso, sopratutto il sabato e la domenica. Un'unica nota un po' stonata sono i tempi di attesa ma credetemi ne vale la pena!
