The pastry chef is a pastry shop located in Pinerolo (Turin). This pastry shop is well-known in the Pinerolo area, thanks to its tasteful creations. They're famous for their Zurigo cake. The prices are a bit high. I'd give it 5 stars if the owner would even crack a smile every now and then.
