07/01/2025: I have been going to this restaurant run by Chinese owners but who only cook Italian for 20 or more years. The food is good, there is an à la carte menu with many choices including first courses, second courses, side dishes, even the fish, even if frozen, is cooked well. I like it because you can take what you want without feeling defective, even just a salad if you're on a diet. They also do a pizzeria, the pizza is thin, it's not the Neapolitan one but I find it good. The owners have been in Italy for 30 years now so they understand the language well, the service is good. Very popular on Sunday for lunch and on Saturday for dinner. During the week they go to eat or employees of nearby companies because they accept meal vouchers. In summer the place is air conditioned. There are two large rooms in the outdoor area, heated in winter and cool in summer, and one inside. I also recommend it for classy get-togethers or dinners with colleagues, in this case it is advisable to book otherwise if you are not a large group you can go with free access.

12/01/2025: Excellent food! Truly refined raw materials but absolutely low prices.... Exceptional beers and wines! Collection of pomace to see and taste… Ate venison and polenta… heavenly, and I'm not exaggerating. I was a "guest" for work at one of the best restaurants in Italy but this place and this cuisine can only have one description: Moving!

04/01/2025: Il camino acceso ha reso ancora più accogliente questa gradevole trattoria nella storica via Fontan di Bussoleno, ove siamo passati per un veloce pranzo servito con pietanze piemontesi: gustosi gli antipasti come strudel di baccalà e olive taggiasche, flan di peperoni con crema di gorgonzola e vitello tonnato; gustosi i primi come i tajarin ai porcini e le tagliatelle al ragù di vitello. Consigliata!

12/01/2025: After ordering pizza at another restaurant, I ordered one from them because I was really disgusted with the first one. They were very kind and helpful, they brought me a 4 cheese pizza that was really really really good! Thank you !

17/11/2024: Ad accogliervi Gianni e Manuela, attenti a farvi sentire a casa e a scegliere ogni piatto ed i suoi ingredienti con cura e passione. Tutto è piemontese, dalla carne, al vino, alla pasta... e non mancano i weekend a tema, dai funghi alla bagna caôda, in base alla stagione. Insomma.. ho un sacco di buoni motivi per tornarci sempre e consigliare questa trattoria piemontese!

16/11/2024: Donderdagavond 14 november hebben we genoten van een perfect bereid diner. De bediening was uitstekend en zeer attent. De ambiance was uiterst aangenaam met live muziek. Daarnaast hadden we het geluk om op de foto te gaan met Taylor Fritz (tennisspeler ATP Finals).

05/11/2024: Ambiente bello ed elegante, staff molto gentile, cibo eccellente. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto il vitello tonnato e la tartare di ricciola e come primi i ravioli del plin e gli spaghetti affumicati con colatura di alici - erano tutti buonissimi!

20/11/2024: A place very much in the American saloon style, from the reception to the main room, where the parties take place in the evening. The fixed menu at €12 served us pasta with sausage and aubergines, chicken wings and salad. For my colleague, however, not having taken the first one, they deducted €2, a very respectable gesture. Furthermore, before the meal, we were offered a small plate with some onion flavored rings and two slices of spicy salami. One star less for the service because a requested dessert did not arrive.

13/01/2025: The best pastry shop in Carmagnola! Very courteous and helpful staff, everything very tidy, competent, exceptional quality, vast choice of products, they would deserve more if it weren't for the very high costs. The pastries have non-classic flavors and therefore it is a unique pleasure to taste them. The hazelnut cake was very good as was the apple cake. Advised.

22/09/2024: Nice and welcoming environment. Excellent cuisine, my boyfriend and I pampered ourselves from starter to dessert 😋 The wait staff and owner were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

15/01/2025: A lot of research into the raw materials and some excellent dishes (beef marrow with cod above all) but others a little unbalanced. The service appears very ambitious and attentive to customer care but the staff then lacks total attention. For the (high) price you pay, a little more concentration is needed. However, positive experience.

11/01/2025: Some friends who are lovers of good eating and drinking gave us a tasting with a pairing and today we ventured to the Consortium. Excellent service, joy of the palate fully solicited, superlative wines. All we have to say is: go there and enjoy!
