Undoubtedly one of our favorite places in the city. The dishes are delicious, the atmosphere intimate and welcoming. The staff is attentive and thoughtful. We always love coming back.

I celebrated my wedding day in this restaurant. Excellent lunch arranged with a vegan option and excellent quality of ingredients. It's a shame that the owner and waitress were not very kind and friendly.

Dinner with the family, excellent food, quick and friendly service in a quiet and welcoming setting. Traditional Piedmontese menu. A very pleasant evening despite the scorching heat outside.

A very nice place, with a lovely renovation that enhances the atmosphere without detracting from its character.
The staff were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I ate very well, with carefully prepared and carefully prepared dishes; the tagliata was truly excellent.
The prices were average and excellent value. Recommended!

A small but well-organized restaurant. Only a few tables to better manage the clientele.
The owner, a young woman with enviable preparation for her age and a great personality, manages a team of men in the kitchen who know how to cook fantastically.
Each dish is beautifully presented and has flavors reminiscent of the flavors of yesteryear.
Congratulations! 5 stars are not enough.

A small restaurant that's reminiscent of old-fashioned trattorias, but is actually a restaurant. Tables are beautifully set and the smell of freshly cooked food fills the air as soon as you enter (the kitchen is right there...).
The plin with roast gravy is delicious, the braised beef cooked in excellent wine is delicious, and the veal cheek is excellent. The purée with celeriac is a real treat. The gratin onion soup is also good, but it's not comparable to French-style soup. The only dessert chosen from the three offered was a dark chocolate gianduiotto, which was mouth-watering. The sauce on top was missing, which was unintentionally added, but if I'm not mistaken, it was zabaglione (too bad...). The staff was helpful and attentive. The only downside (but you can survive it) was the spoon added later, placed on the left. It's not done...
If the place is full, the tables are very close together.
Still recommended.

This is a restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese cuisine, albeit with a modern twist.
The restaurant overlooks a quiet street just a few meters from Via San Donato.
The atmosphere is intimate and refined. I appreciated the background music, but you have to be lucky to get a table, because if you're near a group of rowdy friends, you can say goodbye to the lovely atmosphere (the restaurant isn't very large).
The dishes are good, but the prices are a bit too high for what's on the menu.
Perhaps the markup on a single glass of wine should also be reconsidered, as I find it excessive (almost the same as a single course, and believe me, I didn't order a glass of Barolo or Barbaresco). It's certainly not an incentive to order a bottle, but it's a serious limitation for someone like me who sometimes finds himself in the company of people who, unfortunately, don't like wine.
The same goes for desserts (€9).
Finally, the restaurant adopts a double-shift system, which divides the evening service into two pre-set time slots. Personally, I don't like having limited time at the table and would like to be left free to enjoy the meal and chat endlessly, even if this allows the restaurant owner to double the number of customers served in an evening while keeping operating costs virtually unchanged.
In short, a good restaurant, but I expected more for the quality/price ratio.

A small but warm and welcoming place from the moment you enter. The veal with tuna sauce and mushroom ravioli were my favorites. The service was quick and impeccable. The prices are quite reasonable, given the excellent quality.

Martinet is located on a narrow street near Corso Regina Margherita. From the outside, it may seem small, but inside, it surprises with its welcoming and elegant atmosphere and authentic Piedmontese atmosphere.
The menu is varied yet solid, firmly rooted in tradition, with some variations that enrich the dishes without distorting them. The creamed cod with polenta sticks is excellent, balanced and delicate, but the most impressive dish is the mezzé paccheri cooked in bagna cauda: intense, enveloping, and very distinctive, without being heavy.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are in keeping with the quality and setting. The wine list is also interesting, offering a truly excellent value. Recommended for a quality dinner with friends or for an important occasion.
