03/09/2025: I just got back from Campania, and I was craving mozzarella. I ordered: A braid: spectacular texture, super chewy, like mozzarella from the south, excellent flavor. The mozzarella melted in my mouth. The smoked scamorza had a texture I'd never tried before and a flavor I'd never experienced before. The ricotta literally tasted like milk. 🫠 Too good. Caciocavallo (not the sweet kind) was delicious. I also tried the aged ricotta (soft), which had a super strong flavor and, as the girl recommended, should be used sparingly on crostini or in the sauce. (I don't recommend it if you like delicate flavors; if you want an explosion of flavor, you MUST try it.) Fair prices. The girl who served me was super kind and explained everything I asked for in detail, giving me good advice. I'll definitely be back. It's a must-try. Next time, I'll take photos of the products, if I don't gorge myself first.

21/09/2025: I saw some reviews saying this place is quite pricey, and I agree—it is, compared to other places in Turin. I ordered three different kinds of pasta and asked the lady if I could have 100g of each. The pricing for the pasta is shown on the display. Here’s the breakdown of what I had on that day(menu and price seems to differ everyday): Bottoni alla carbonara (100g) – €3.80 Fagottini al nero di seppia con gamberi e zucchine (100g) – €4.40 Funghighetti (100g) – €3.90 1 bottle of Coke – (no price listed, I’m guessing around €2) Aubergine and paprika salad – (no price listed, I’m guessing €5) There’s a 10% service charge, and I paid a total of €20.30. From the picture you can get an idea of the portion sizes. I estimated that 5 pieces of ravioli equal about 100g (which is less than you might expect - we never weight raviolis do we....😂). The pasta was very flavorful and tasty! But you might find it a little expensive given the portion size. I would also appreciate a bill with listed price on each item!

04/09/2025: At the beginning of August, we called the venue to reserve the venue for my daughter's 18th birthday party for a certain date in October. The venue was available and therefore bookable. Once we had a confirmed reservation, we went on September 3rd to finalize the menu, table layout, and price. Everything seemed settled, except... the next day, we received a call from the venue informing us that they had made a mistake, as the date they had confirmed in August, and after agreeing on the menu and price, was no longer available. I have an idea of ​​what happened, but I'll keep it to myself because it's just an idea. However, whoever manages the catering department certainly didn't make a good impression, much less demonstrate the professionalism expected these days.

07/10/2025: I've eaten at Waikiki countless times, both for lunch and dinner, as a couple or with friends, and I've always had a great time. I've tried various dishes, and the quality is always high. There's plenty of outdoor seating. Inside, there's a covered terrace with a lovely upstairs dining area. The menu is well-designed: there are various options, but not too many, which ensures that every dish arrives fresh and carefully prepared. Good pizza, tasty meat dishes, and truly delicious desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the location, right in Melezet, is perfect after a day in the snow or a hike at high altitude. During busy periods, especially in summer, there may be delays, but with a view like this, it's even nice to wait a little longer. I usually make a reservation. A place I always love to return to: recommended.

11/10/2025: Protest review... now the only way to counter restaurateurs who decide to do what they want. Good food, chaotic service, often annoying situations... but that's beside the point. At checkout, the manager asks me to pay by card or Satispay, but I have cash with which, until proven otherwise, I can pay whenever and however I want. The manager's response: I don't have change. But I was the only one in the group who paid in cash... response: "I don't have change, so I'll have to charge you more." I'll overlook the attempt to pass it off as a matter of "courtesy" because the manager has to carry change; it's his job, but the icing on the cake is precisely the fact that: 1) I'm pretentiously asked to pay without cash 2) questionable reasons are given for the restrictions 3) and finally, the venue being at fault, I have the right to pay however I want... and they're charging me more instead of less?!?! Terrible... it's just a few cents, so it's even more terrible. Don't worry, I'll be back to eat at your restaurant again and again, and I'll continue to argue at the register with cash in hand. This whole business of self-regulating restaurants has to end.

07/09/2025: We arrived and ordered after a little while. Let's say it was difficult to wash our hands, but we did; I had a potato with gorgonzola fondue (even though it wasn't much), radicchio, and sausage (because they didn't have carbonara). My friend Davide had the one with raw sausage because he likes raw sausage and because he has a friend who studies in Bra (like the raw sausage from Bra, which is near Cuneo, where legend has it that when the king visited the city, the women, being ugly, were forced to stay indoors because he was disgusted by them. I don't agree). He finished it in 10 minutes. It was good, though. Thank goodness you didn't open it on Barriera di Milano, I wouldn't have gone.
