13/08/2025: I had two sandwiches, one with salami that was rubbery, like cicles with a minimal amount of salami, and the other with cheese and ham that was reheated in the microwave, not on a griddle, truly awful. They also charge you €1.90 for coffee at the table, which was also burnt. The bar was truly awful for the service and the lack of kindness and understanding, despite me complaining on site. I don't recommend it.

19/08/2025: As a restaurant, it's not one of the best we've tried in Italy. In fact, the pasta was the most overcooked we've ever had (too soft). The rest was okay.

15/08/2025: Good restaurant, tried it one lunchtime. A little bit in the passageway of the street that leads up to the funicular… Very good eggplant gratin.

15/09/2025: One of the less kitschy tourist restaurants in the villagio. Service is friendly, but obstrusively focused on overturn. But the waitress withdraw the wine and spirits menues (several) instantly, when I declared 'no alcole'. Probably she thought I'm muslim. I had cinghiale, which they serve traditionally as ragout with polenta. The cinghiale was fairly tasty, but the polenta as the fried vegetables as side dish had no taste. The waitress then tried to sell aftermeal bits like coffee, dessert. I didn't bought any. In total, I found the bill somewhat overdrawn, a typical tourist trap price.

09/09/2025: TOURIST TRAP! Besides having waited quite a while both to order (we called them) and to eat, we're very disappointed to have wasted 95 euros on a very bad meal! I had sea bass with fries, and after asking if I wanted it whole or cleaned, I said cleaned. They brought me a measly portion, all in little pieces, thrown there as if it had been nibbled. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had mushrooms with grilled lamb. The lamb was tough, full of water, and all you could taste was burnt, while the mushrooms, which were definitely frozen, were watery and tasteless; if you squeezed them, a lot of water came out. Disappointment! Absolutely disappointing! Ruined evening! I highly recommend it!

30/08/2025: The bread is excellent quality. You can tell it's made with sourdough starter and it lasts for days if stored well. I also get rice and tomato puree. In short, everything is top-notch.

22/08/2025: Eataitaly in the Langhe! Yes, You'll find the excellence and quality of Italian products. It's a real surprise to find this famous shop and restaurant, just past Alba on the way to Bra, half an hour from Cuneo. You'll find many excellent Italian products and a wide selection of wines and sparkling wines from every region of Italy. Both the restaurant and bar offer a variety of delicious specialties. The staff is professional and friendly. The bakery department is excellent, with superb bread and focaccia. It's worth stopping by at any time of day, whether for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dinner... any occasion is a good one for a taste experience!

02/07/2025: We went to this trattoria pizzeria while passing by. We saw many take-away pizzas, a constant coming and going of people. We took meat and fish dishes but we did not find them cared for, indeed very rough. They could do better, perhaps taking care of the raw materials and preparations. The fruit is missing.

29/08/2025: The kebab was good, the service was fast, and the kebab seller was friendly. Come on in, it's very good.

26/08/2025: We ordered wings and a rolled kebab. The meat was hot, the salad fresh, and everything was delicious. The place was very hot inside, and there was limited seating.

09/01/2025: All positive in the experience....the only sore point, not dependent on the structure, are the nearby church bells that ring day and NIGHT!!!

09/09/2025: Terrible experience on the evening of September 8, 2025. My parents and I came for dinner at 8:20 p.m. The pizzas arrived at 10:30 p.m., two hours after we ordered them, and during the two-hour wait, no one took the time or attention to check on us or even apologize for the wait. The fault lies with the manager, who allowed two poor waitresses and a single pizza chef to serve a restaurant packed with people (including a huge table of noisy children and rude parents) all evening. I would never return due to the terrible experience. I hope this review helps the manager understand that perhaps they need to invest in more staff, as the situation is currently embarrassing. It's worth noting that the waitresses offered us a discount due to the wait; the two girls deserve thanks.

22/05/2025: Wer gute Weine aus der Region, passend zum ausgewählten Essen, trinken möchte ist hier genau richtig! Service: Freundlich, locker, sympathisch! Lokal: Gemütlich. Essen: Fantastisch!! Weine: Super Man erhält ausführliche Weinberatung!! Man fühlt sich, auch alleine, nicht unwohl durch die Aufmerksamkeit des Services Preis etwas gehoben, aber der Qualität absolut angemessen!! Alles in allem als einfach zu Empfehlen!

04/05/2025: Locale fuori dai circuiti turistici di Alba. Sala accogliente, con pochi coperti. Menù con il giusto numero di pietanze, tutte della tradizione. Insomma, i presupposti per l'eccellenza c'erano tutti, e non siamo rimasti delusi. Le materie prime sono di alta qualità. Lo staff è preparatissimo, gentile e simpatico. Prezzi più che onesti. Bravissimi!

27/04/2025: 25 aprile pranzo ottimo posto dove poter degustare la vera cucina piemontese, la pasta fresca e top, come tutto il menù degustazione. Bella giornata ci rivedremo presto gentilezza di tutto lo staff location molto bella da provare

03/09/2025: Between Turin and Nice, without much conviction, we stopped at this restaurant/chalet, but what a surprise! Very friendly service, pretty good food (especially the speck gorgonzola crepe), and very reasonable prices. €46 with 3 courses, water, coffee, and wine. There's a large parking lot and a large terrace at the foot of the mountains. It was perfect. A stop to remember! Not to be missed on the road; I highly recommend it.
