I consider this bakery historic and unique in the entire Varaita Valley. For over 50 years, I've occasionally come here to buy their bread, with its rare homemade flavor and texture. Congratulations and well done everyone.

05/04/2026: We went on a Wednesday evening, it was quiet and they served us immediately... The pizza was super digestible and huge 😉
01/04/2026: In the countryside, in a small hamlet, there's this pizza restaurant you absolutely must try. The pizza is delicious and incredibly large. I didn't measure it, but it must be around 45-50 centimeters. Very thin, well-seasoned, and leavened (I wasn't thirsty afterward). Excellent selection of beers and wines. Prices are very reasonable. The place is welcoming and well-decorated. Ample outdoor parking is available. The staff and owner are very friendly. I went during the week, and there were at least 50 people eating (we weren't in a tourist town), so that's another guarantee of quality.

27/03/2026: We stopped by yesterday for a quick aperitivo, and despite our limited time, we had a great time. There were two of us, and we ordered a fruity non-alcoholic drink, which was fresh and well-made, even with a nice balance of sugar, which isn't always a given, as they often turn out too sweet. We also ordered a spritz, which was truly well-balanced. We also enjoyed the appetizers, which were tasty and beautifully presented. The service was fast and attentive. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and welcoming, whether we're looking for a quick coffee or a leisurely aperitivo. We'll definitely be back!
20/03/2026: I highly recommend Girasole in Piazza Galimberti for both its excellent lunches and generous aperitifs. The staff is incredibly friendly!
