15/08/2025: There's nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products, nothing to complain about the beauty of the location, having places like this in a place like this... But I don't like the surprise set menu; I would definitely have preferred an à la carte menu, not without a choice, which basically featured too many vegetables. My personal opinion is respectable and not necessarily one to accept, but given the rather steep bill, I admit I'm a little disappointed. Everything was good, of course, but eating fried zucchini stems wasn't a great experience for me. Again, given the location, I would have preferred an à la carte menu with the option of choosing a few local dishes, or at least knowing what they were before sitting down. If you see this place on a popular TV show, know that the management is no longer the same, but the place and the venue are truly enchanting.

30/07/2025: Nice and welcoming location, a decent view of the surrounding countryside, but the offerings are truly curious and highly questionable: the fixed menu is a surprise, entirely at the chef's discretion. You're not given any information about the prices of either the food or the wine. A decidedly negative experience. I wouldn't recommend it. Specifically: the vegetable appetizers were decent, the rice first course was average, and the meat second course was decidedly disappointing.

03/10/2025: We stopped once, but never again! We ordered a salami pizza that had four pieces of salami, so poor ingredients, a plate of porcini mushrooms, and a plate of mutton arrosticini with a side of potatoes. We asked for bread... after ten minutes of it not arriving, they told us they didn't serve it with mushrooms!!! And the arrosticini??? The waitress or whoever even treated me badly! That's okay, you ripped me off this time; it won't happen again. Good luck. A word of advice: sometimes you have to admit your faults and not treat the customer rudely when they pay for a restaurant service... of course, there was a cover charge.

01/10/2025: A marinara pizza, a small blonde pizza, and a portion of fries: €22.50. Extremely expensive. I'll never go back.

18/09/2025: We went there today for lunch, but even though Google and the signs around town told us it was open, we found it closed. For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.

07/06/2025: We took a special pizza menu for 13 euros, an unworthy pizza is better, a frozen pizza with all due respect for frozen pizzas but maybe it was frozen but of a poor choice then there was the dessert included and we took a tiramisu that I only hope it doesn't hurt us it was so poor. Anyway they saw us tonight they won't see us again.

15/09/2025: We often have breakfast there before hitting the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The croissants are really good, well-baked and not overly sweet.

25/08/2025: On our last day of vacation, we decided to have breakfast at Bar Monviso, since we hadn't been able to the previous days due to hiking and tiredness, and it seemed like a nice place to try! The staff weren't smiling, but they were young and we figured they needed to grow up. We ordered two cappuccinos and two croissants, filled with cream on the spot. The cappuccino was lukewarm 🤐 and the croissants, probably from the day before, tasted and had the same texture as packaged ones. For almost 7 euros, you could do so much better. What a shame! 🤨

28/09/2025: On Sunday, returning from the Carabinieri holiday in Fossano, we stopped for lunch at Cate and Maria. A simple place, but well-prepared cuisine, from the cold cuts platter and fried gnocco (abundant) to the tagliatelle with pork rib ragù (the sauce also included a delicious rib) to the borage ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, truly excellent. The desserts were excellent! If you're passing through Fossano, stop by—you won't regret it.

31/07/2025: Pizzeria molto pulita con personale cordiale. Servizi igienici impeccabili. La pizza ottima. Abbiamo preso il giropizza di coppia e la pizza era già bi-gisto per darci la possibilità di assaggiarne di diverse tipologie. Impasto molto buono. Il dehor esterno molto curato e riservato.

22/06/2025: Siamo stati qui ieri (giugno 2025) Abbiamo preso due pizze ed una birra grande 66cl. Sapevamo che non c e il servizio al tavolo... Ed allora? Che problema c e ;-) Le pizze SQUISITE!!!! io ho preso una speck e Zola e non hanno lesinato nello speck !!! Mio marito wurstel e patatine. Ottime ottime davvero. Impasto e condimento top!!! Prezzo poi... Onestissimo 21€ (o forse 20€) per il tutto. Avrei voluto prendere una pizza in più x golosità ma non ci stava... Ripasseremo sicuramente. Grazie

28/03/2025: I went there today with my wife. I found both the vegetable starters and the shrimp main course excellent. All the dishes were light and tasty. The service was very quick, and the atmosphere is modern and clean.
