01/05/2025: We have been coming here for many years, but unfortunately the quality of the food has gotten much worse! The ragù was acidic, the veal with tuna sauce was completely dry and the Russian salad was very salty (if they could eat it!). 02/06/2025: Realmente honesto, no esperaba comer así aquí. Vine por retraso en Barolo, y traté de encontrar un lugar para comer y este bar sirvió platos sabrosos muy particulares con buen precio. Personal muy amable. Gracias por su servicio.

27/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato il pacchetto “degustazione e pranzo” tramite Bernabei,il pacchetto comprende la visita(molto bella) alla cantina e una degustazione di 3 vini,un piccolo tagliere di salumi per due ed un piatto di antipasto misto a persona,mi sarebbe piaciuto poter scegliere che tipo di “pacchetto” poter scegliere visto che poi il “pranzo” bon era un pranzo ma un aperitivo,era un regalo di compleanno per mio marito. Lo dico come precisazione e non come critica,l antipasto e i salumi erano ottimi,il tonnato eccezionale,abbiamo acquistato anche alcune bottiglie,sarebbe opportuno essere solo piu’ chiari sulla definizione “pranzo” Consiglio

02/06/2025: We almost all took fish. Good in most cases. Too bad it was almost all frozen, but well cooked and presented. A little lacking in wines: we struggled a bit to find 2 identical bottles of white wine and also for the sparkling wine. I hope it was only due to the large turnout that day. In any case we had a good time.

02/05/2025: One of those experiences you remember… but not for the right reasons. I was attracted by the many words spent on this pastry shop, but sometimes appearances and reviews (especially those that are too assiduous) can be deceiving. Average products, rather distracted service and an air a little too busy looking at others rather than improving themselves. In a world where one could focus on quality and elegance, here the easier approach is chosen instead. It's a shame: the city deserves much more.

27/04/2025: Beautiful place!! It is a truly beautiful pastry bar on an aesthetic level. The food is excellent and I recommend you try the mini krapfen, which has a low price and is excellent! The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. I often go there for breakfast and every time I am always very satisfied! It is certainly one of the best bars in Cuneo and it is my favorite! COMPLIMENTS!!!

21/06/2025: Gran Caffè Aragno in Mondovì is a place that deserves a visit. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is fast and efficient. The coffee is excellent, prepared with care and passion. The pastry shop offers a variety of delicacies, all fresh and of high quality. Recommended for a relaxing coffee break or a meeting with friends.

10/06/2025: We were here for the hot air balloon event on January 6th. In short: - hot chocolate at 5pm finished (in winter) - 4 cocktails, expensive, made fairly well but above all served with focaccia and pizza that must have been 3 days old, inedible - cover charge (€0.50 per person) expensive for the service offered. We were outside, gas mushroom with exhausted cylinder so we died of cold, also no cleaning after the previous customers at the table... - hygienic conditions inside the place really poor Absolutely not recommended EDIT: following the response, as you rightly pointed out, since it is a predictable and recurring event of which the extent is known, a serious business organizes itself in advance, there can be an unexpected event due to the large turnout, but here it is a question of not knowing how to manage paying customers, offering them a service not up to the price paid.
