13/09/2025: I paid €75.90 for the rib eye steak, raw and burned on the outside, with burnt price tags stuck on it as if the grill was very dirty (first serving of the evening). The restrooms were horrifying, which is a shame because the place is beautiful and the owners are welcoming and kind.

09/08/2025: A very quaint atmosphere, very good food, carefully described, beautifully served, and beautifully presented. The hazelnut tortelloni with gelato was superb. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

28/06/2025: As I was passing through I stopped here to organize a quick dinner, I did well to trust the reviews because in addition to there being a great variety of ready meals, they are very good with very fresh ingredients. The guy at the counter very kind and friendly, definitely a good point of reference for organizing our future picnics, thanks!

06/09/2025: A truly authentic Piedmontese Osteria. Delicious food, great service, and the chef is incredibly knowledgeable about the wines. He's not fussy about sharing the pasta course so you can still walk after dinner. Absolutely perfect, under the grapevines on a balmy September evening.

13/09/2025: A very nice place. Trattoria and pizzeria (pizza only in the evenings). Pizza: very tasty dough, a very large selection with many different ingredients. But not only pizza. Lots of local antipasti, pasta, and seafood (the calamari, although frozen, was very tasty).

El servicio, la comida, el hermoso establecimiento es increíble. Cada miembro de la familia te trata como a la realeza. La comida servida al estilo familiar, es una experiencia que está fuera de este mundo! No dude en reservar con antelación, porque los lugareños acuden a este secreto bien guardado. Alexandru era nuestro anfitrión y su servicio estaba a la par con un restaurante de estrellas Michelin. Gracias.

12/02/2025: Cena di fine anno con i colleghi di lavoro. Ero già stato a pranzo in questo locale che, a definirlo Agriturismo può essere riduttivo, e ribadisco la soddisfazione di esserci ritornato. Accolti in una sala dedicata eravamo una quarantina di colleghi e siamo stati serviti in modo impeccabile con piatti della cucina classica del territorio. Vini di ottima qualità hanno completato la serata. Molto apprezzato l'ampio parcheggio riservato al locale: quella sera c'era una nebbia molto spessa e sarebbe stato difficile trovare posto altrove. Locale da consigliare.

18/09/2025: Three of us had lunch at this restaurant, and it was a disappointing experience. Two of us ordered gnocchi with tomatoes and eggplant as a starter: the sauce was acidic and artificial, truly unpleasant. The other starter, tajarin with turnip greens and calamari, was completely unbalanced: decidedly bitter, due to the turnip greens overpowering every other flavor. To top it all off, the bill: €89.50 for three appetizers, three first courses, two coffees, and a bottle of water. An outrageous price for such subpar dishes... a restaurant to avoid!

07/06/2025: A pleasant discovery. The staff is very welcoming, graceful in their manner and professional. The menu, in its simplicity, guarantees a culinary experience of good Italian cuisine - enhancing local ingredients. I will definitely return during my next stay in Saluzzo.

10/06/2025: Ho mangiato diverse volte in questo locale ed il mio giudizio è sempre stato più che positivo. Le pizze sono visivamente bellissime ed ancora più importante, sono buonissime. Il locale è molto carino.

21/05/2025: La comida, así como el servicio profesional y amable que experimentamos en este restaurante fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos! Para cenar tuvimos una especialidad local muy sabrosa llamada plin piemotesi agli arrosti y Boeche di Rosa - solo deliciosos entrantes. La mayoría de sus ingredientes son de origen local. El entrecote también fue cocinado a la perfección. La selección de vinos ofrece una amplia selección de vinos en su mayoría italianos y algunas importaciones a precios razonables! Al día siguiente tuvimos un fantástico pizze para el almuerzo. El propietario hace todo en “Casa” (casero). ¡Es un verdadero experto en la producción y fermentación de la masa de pizza! ¡Esto se hace evidente ya que no tienes una barriga pesada después de la pizza! Poseía una pizzería en el sur de Italia antes de mudarse a Cuneo y hacerse cargo del Crusco con su hijo. Solo puedo recomendar este excelente restaurante de gestión familiar!
