Small restaurant in a side street of Cuneo, there are few seats, the girl who served us was very kind. The dishes were fantastic, Piedmontese cuisine revisited in a modern way, adequate portions. With excellent quality ratio

Small restaurant in the streets of the centre, with less than 20 seats (so it's best to call to reserve a table).
Probably one of the youngest staff ever encountered in a restaurant, but I have to say they are very well behaved.
Attentive and very courteous service, with attention to detail, which is never banal.
The food is of a good standard, I ate a pretty good slice of venison and, I must say, also a nice wine list.
We will be back, congratulations..!

Piccolo ristorante nel cuore di Cuneo.
Ottima scelta, con piatti della tradizione piemontese con piccole rivisitazioni.
I ragazzi molto gentili e preparati, piatti con e senza tartufo bianco con molto ben specificato la quantità prevista e il leggero sovrapprezzo.
Carta dei vini molto varia.

In general I don't give 5 stars on the first visit, but for this small restaurant in the center of Cuneo I feel like doing so. I had the pleasure of enjoying dishes expertly made by a young and talented Chef.
First of all we were welcomed with the warmth reserved for friends and as a welcoming gesture we were brought a delicious and delicate stuffed courgette flower (not the usual one you would expect). Next we chose from the menu, which offers a limited choice (and this is a quality), the poached egg, asparagus, wild spinach and anchovy crumble, then the belly of a suckling pig cooked in hay. To finish, a chocolate and zabaglione cake. Each course, correctly dosed, was a delight of well-balanced ingredients that leave their mark on the memory. An experience that places this small place among the best in Cuneo.

Truly amazing restaurant, we are probably talking about the best in all of Cuneo. Dishes executed to perfection, with flavors of character, but not heavy, and without exaggerating with salt. Really amazing. Special mention for the braised cheek, with a wine sauce reduced to the bone, absolutely amazing, to die for, pure black gold. Also very light, intriguing lavender panna cotta. Impeccable and professional service, small, welcoming, well-kept place. Congratulations indeed, recommended to everyone. Prices in line with the proposal. The choice of wines is also excellent, all top quality bottles.

Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo piccolo ristorante a Cuneo, un luogo intimo e raccolto con pochi coperti. Ogni aspetto del mio pasto è stato eccezionale: i piatti non solo erano divini, ma erano anche presentati con maestria e originalità. È evidente la passione e la cura con cui ogni piatto viene creato.
La carta dei vini non delude, offrendo una selezione ben pensata e variata che accompagna splendidamente il menù. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e l’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più speciale.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria autentica e di alto livello a Cuneo. È una gemma che merita di essere scoperta.

Questa sera abbiamo avuto modo di cenare in questo bel ristorante nel centro di Cuneo.
