We're regulars, and that says it all. The atmosphere is rustic and very pleasant. It feels like home. You can choose from options like the Light Menu, which includes an appetizer, a first course, and dessert, or the Apericena Menu or the Mdnu' Compagnia. These last two are still something I've yet to discover. The pasta dishes are plentiful and tasty, with excellent-quality homemade pasta. The main courses are always flavorful and beautifully plated. The surprise comes with the dessert, which always amazes us with its extreme goodness, so much so that we often order a trio to try them between the menu and the daily selection. The prices are excellent, given the quality and simplicity of the service and the dishes offered, especially considering the constant price increases. Lastly, our daughter, who is about 3 years old, really enjoys the children's menu, which starts with an appetizer, moves on to a main course, and ends with some ice cream, often vanilla-flavored. I think we'll never stop coming back.

All the dishes were perfectly balanced. Nothing was overdone, and the pairings were successful. Exceptional value for money. Excellent quality outlet wines at more than fair prices. Friendly and attentive service. The speed was just right, not too fast, not too slow. We had a wonderful time, and we left happy. Recommended.

I had a wonderful evening! The staff is young, brilliant, and absolutely helpful. The young man who served us was knowledgeable, kind, and dynamic. The food was excellent, at super fair prices. We chose the €20 menu, which included a welcome platter, a choice of first course (homemade pasta and a selection of sauces, from classic to more imaginative), and a choice of dessert. I had pasta with Santo sauce, with tomato, gorgonzola, sausage, and mushrooms, accompanied by a nice glass of Nebbiolo. Thank you for preserving simplicity and refinement!

Excellent restaurant with limited seating and a menu with a good selection. There are set menus starting at €20, including an appetizer, a choice of first course, and dessert. There were four of us, and we ordered a bit of everything except the first course. Everything was truly excellent, including the homemade pasta, and the coffee was good too. I'm glad there was room, and it's definitely a restaurant I recommend.

A unique restaurant in the center of Savigliano, where homemade pasta reigns supreme. Excellent service, friendly staff who live up to expectations. Excellent food and fine wine make it a great place to meet for a meal and a drink with friends. Recommended!

I would gladly return because the place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the menu has a wide variety. However, I gave the service 4 stars because, even though the place wasn't full (there was only one table with several people choosing their courses), it took them a very long time to bring us the menu. They only brought it when the other table had finished their orders. I would advise the staff to ask if we'd like some water and bread while waiting for the menu, given the time. The selection of cured meats and cheeses was generous and very carefully chosen (all cheeses except one were very salty; personally, I wouldn't order it again for myself, unless they added sweet varieties as well as the savory ones and increased the compotes, because there was only one very small one, which wasn't enough for all the important cheeses). The cured meats were also all good, but quite salty (perhaps typical of the area?), but therefore not for all palates from other regions like us. The diced salad (like Russian salad) was very good and carefully prepared. Homemade pasta, well cooked and well seasoned. The only vegetable on the menu was spinach (which I didn't order). Overall, a good experience, one that would make me return to try the other dishes. The glass of house rosé wine was excellent! Excellent prices.

First time at "Lo Zaru'" ......but I'll definitely be back! I was there today for Christmas lunch: Welcoming place / good food / good service! Not to mention the courtesy and professionalism of the owners!
