The hotel is located in an old castle. While the restaurant is high-quality, new, and modern, the rooms are furnished in a much older style.
The pool is very nice.
The grounds are uniquely beautiful.
Weddings take place at the hotel on weekends, so it gets a bit noisy.

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our wedding! The venue is absolutely stunning, but the real added value was Sara and Luca. Their availability, patience, and flexibility during the planning and on the big day were invaluable. They managed everything flawlessly, giving us a sense of peace of mind. Our guests were enthralled by the beauty of the place and the hospitality. A well-deserved five stars for a magical place and super professional management!

A very good wedding venue and a friendly staff, except for the waiter, who was unfriendly and haughty.
After the wedding, we stopped for a quick lunch.
I'd say that for €12 of stuffed focaccia, I expect something different, rather than a pre-cooked pan left who knows where, served with thick-packaged ham and dry, crackers-like pizza.

We booked through a gift voucher and weren't disappointed. The setting is magnificent, the room was very nice, although the shower was a bit dated. We were able to enjoy the pool, even though it wasn't heated. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal (semi-gastronomic) as well as the excellent and plentiful breakfast. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this experience.

We celebrated our wedding at Castello Rosso. We stumbled upon it by chance, having crashed a wedding, and Fabrizio immediately won us over with his helpfulness and kindness, offering us a taste of the buffet that instantly convinced us. The location is stunning: the park, the castle, the towers, and the view from the garden over the Cuneo plain make everything magical. Add to this the staff, always super competent and helpful. Prices are in line with other wedding venues, but the service is far superior. Thank you so much.
