01/03/2026: Quiet place, very good food. I stopped for a business lunch. Excellent selection of dishes, excellent service. The dining room is quite large, but a reservation is a good idea.

02/04/2026: My partner and I came to Bra for the first time. Reading the menu outside the restaurant, we were convinced it was a good place. We gave the location a 3 simply because we ate outside and the street, and consequently our table, was at an angle. The quality of the food was excellent, but it's a shame the quantity was way out of proportion to the price. After two dishes each, we left still hungry (we're usually people who get full on little). The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.

One downside is the bathrooms, which are at the bottom of a staircase and are squat, making them a bit uncomfortable for women. We returned after about three months, and the chef needs to be changed because he uses garlic excessively. And the service is very slow.

30/03/2026: We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch and barely found a seat, as the restaurant, although quite large, was packed! It's clear it's a local favorite. A genuine, no-frills country trattoria. We had Roman-style gnocchi (very good), Piedmontese boiled meat with salsa verde (the latter truly outstanding), sweet potatoes, and coffee. A 1/4 cup wine and water were under €20 each, a price that's becoming a dream almost everywhere else. The only downside, if you'll excuse me, was the tiramisu made with panettone instead of ladyfingers... The candied fruit and raisins with coffee bothered me; I would have preferred to know this beforehand to decide whether or not to try this reinterpretation of the dessert. In any case, it's impossible to rate this place poorly; I highly recommend it.

I can ironically say it was LOVE at first taste, and I can also give you a tip on how to enjoy them: open the wrapper, take the SARVANOT and put it in your mouth, then close your eyes..........all the beautiful things you love will come to mind, your retro-olfactory sense will allow you to capture the finest aromatic nuances as the chocolate melts in your mouth, your palate will crush the chocolate and you will begin to chew and combine flavors and fragrances, creating a deeper experience tied to emotional memory. Try it and believe it! One really nice thing is that the guys at PANETTERIA PASTICCERIA MELLANO are very cheerful.

23/11/2025: A small roadside bakery and pastry shop, found by chance on the way back from Caraglio. A place from another era. We were welcomed by a very sweet and kind lady. We went in for a coffee (there's a small vending machine inside) and left with inviting-looking and deliciously flavorful cakes and focaccias. Well done.

13/03/2026: Mid-March, at noon, whether you choose a table on the veranda or not, you'll be seated in the sun or shade. Ambient music is played through three speakers (the sound is loud but of very good quality). Six radiant heaters are available for cooler days and evenings. The appetizers served with the spritz are delicious and beautifully presented.

He listened to our requests and immediately set to work preparing our cocktails with great skill! The result? Truly excellent! The appetizers on the accompanying plate were also delicious. 25/03/2026: A pleasant discovery; we stumbled upon it by chance, but we had a pretty good meal at a truly competitive price. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The biggest flaw was the bathroom, which is inaccessible to those with limited mobility and in general could use a renovation. Another flaw was the desserts, which were slightly overpriced and didn't seem homemade as advertised, but it makes up for the rest.

22/03/2026: We visited this trattoria for lunch on a Sunday and were amazed by everything. First and foremost, of course, was the food, which was delicious from the starters to the desserts (especially), but also the very attentive and fast service. Kudos to both the chef and the waitress who managed all the tables perfectly. They offer a fixed Sunday lunch menu for €22, which includes a starter, main course, side dish, service charge, water, and coffee (or sorbet). We'll definitely be back!
