11/03/2026: A classic trattoria serving good traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Visited on weekdays for a business lunch; the menu offered limited options, mostly meat-based. The service was perhaps a little slow, but that's okay given the setting. Fair prices.
10/03/2026: It's worth it even for me, who come from far away, to have a nice meal of Fritto Piemontese which I consider the best one I've eaten so far.

22/09/2025: It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms.
Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients.
The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion.
The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character.
The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.
14/09/2025: Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere.
I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.

02/04/2026: My partner and I came to Bra for the first time. Reading the menu outside the restaurant, we were convinced it was a good place. We gave the location a 3 simply because we ate outside and the street, and consequently our table, was at an angle.
The quality of the food was excellent, but it's a shame the quantity was way out of proportion to the price. After two dishes each, we left still hungry (we're usually people who get full on little).
The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.

05/03/2026: Here you'll find the authenticity of the Alta Langa. Something precious that everyone seeks. My mother told me that everything has remained the same as it was many years ago. The decor is very simple, and the dishes are reminiscent of the Langa. For 15 euros for lunch, we quickly get an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, water, coffee, and a liter of house wine. Which one? We're in the Alta Langa, of course: the beloved Dolcetto. The service is kind, fast, and attentive. Well done.
