I enjoy very much the food in the aerruea, but I must admit we eat basically the same in all the restaurants. Here the food was super creative and outstanding from beginning to the end. We ere served >4 appetisers at lunch including and amazon Gyoza, the Fassona veal sushi was the best and most tender meat ever marvellously seasoned and all the other dishes were fabulous, except the Gyoza, generously served, but lacking a powerful fragrant sauce. Excellent service, a little too long.

Non ci sono parole. La qualità della materia prima è altissima e l’unione con alcuni dettagli della cucina giapponese rendono il tutto il unico! Da provare non rimarrete delusi!

Location molto accogliente, personale cortese, menù ricco di piatti a base di un eccellente tartufo. Cantina che non delude, ciò ovviamente non stupisce vista la zona. Anche i prezzi, pur non bassissimi, sono comunque onesti, giustificati più che ampiamente dalla qualità. Consigliatissimo.
