24/12/2025: I'd never tried their pizza, and I can confidently say it's the best I've ever had. I'll start by saying I'm vegan, and I ordered a marinara with peppers, zucchini, and Taggiasca olives. I'm not a big fan of garlic, but I had a hard time specifying it off for delivery. The garlic was very balanced and had just the right amount of flavor, and the peppers were sweet and exceptional. The dough was well-cooked, and despite the delivery, it was very crunchy. A+++

A historic restaurant, well-known in the province since the 1970s, it has always promoted traditional Piedmontese cuisine, embracing the culinary trends of the last 50 years through their ups and downs. Now we find ourselves appreciating traditional cuisine expertly revisited, creating flavorful yet delicate dishes made with quality ingredients combined with meticulous attention to plating. The restaurant has remained as up-to-date as ever, well-kept and clean. Service is prompt, friendly, and helpful. Convenient parking nearby. Recommended for an excellent Piedmontese lunch or dinner, featuring agnolotti, tagliolini, and gnocchi drowned in mushrooms, stew, or Castelmagno cheese, after enjoying appetizers like veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, and minced meat... the main courses and desserts are unmissable!!!
