We just ate there, and I have to say the meat was truly excellent. It reminded me of the flavors of my childhood with the diaphragm. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive (without being intrusive).

A spectacular meat restaurant in the heart of Monferrato. A truly unique place, where nothing is left to chance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, serious, and professional, yet at the same time makes you feel at home, with a sincere and authentic welcome.
The ownership is simply excellent: the way they treat their customers is something rarely seen these days.
You can eat anything here, but their specialty in meat is impressive: cuts of every type, from different breeds and countries, all selected with great expertise. Their real highlight? The handmade artisanal breadstick, in my opinion unsurpassed.
And the gin cellar is incredible: probably the absolute best of the place, no doubt about it.
A huge round of applause goes to the entire staff: from the owner Fabrizio, to his trusty sous-chef Chicco, to all the guys in the dining room. Professionalism, passion, and heart.

The experience at this place was incredibly positive; the quality of the meat is superb, and the butcher's suggestions are excellent, based on what you're after.
The atmosphere mixes many different styles (perhaps a little too much in my opinion), but the company of your fellow diners is still enjoyable.
The bar is also well-stocked, and the staff is very friendly.
The prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients, so they're high, but it's worth it for a special occasion.
A must-try!
