16/11/2024: Generally in business lunches there are abundant first courses and just enough second courses of decent quality but nothing special. At the rustic, abundant first courses, equally abundant second courses of excellent quality and it definitely goes beyond the classic spaghetti with meat sauce and breaded steak with chips. Mention for the agnolotti with roast sauce and for the artichoke tagliatelle for the first courses and for the grilled liver with endive and for the stewed pork cheeks. Excellent desserts. All for €15 with 13 desserts without. Then there is the à la carte menu with adequate prices. From Tuesday to Sunday lunch and dinner closed on Mondays.

The environment is modern, impeccable for cleanliness and order, and conveys a pleasant sensation of care and attention to detail. The staff is extremely courteous and qualified: they demonstrate great competence both in the presentation of the menu and in the professionalism with which they deal with table service. Each course reflects the Piedmontese tradition, reinterpreted with creativity by the chef, who manages to transform the dishes into original and delicious proposals. The wine list is excellent, with a selection that perfectly accompanies each dish. Prices are also balanced and in line with the quality of the experience offered. A restaurant that combines tradition and modernity, ideal for those looking for authentic cuisine but with a touch of personality.

24/01/2025: Bar - pizzeria - restaurant fresh from a recent change of management and a renovation of the premises. Now white dominates, which certainly gives greater brightness to the rooms; beautiful it was and beautiful, and different, it remained. For the rest, noteworthy is the friendliness and infinite courtesy of the new managers, the always young and lively environment, the pizza always at very high levels, the aperitifs, with the addition however of the possibility of having lunch at super prices every opening day . Well done!

23/12/2024: Sono andato in questa pizzeria con amici che conoscevano già il locale, nonostante fosse sabato sera abbiamo trovato posto agevolmente, abbiamo trovato una pizza buona un po' sottile ma impasto e guarnizioni buone. Bevande e dolci nella media. Il locale è un po' fuori mano per cui bisogna andare apposta a Garbagna. Servizio buono anche se c'era pochi clienti e non si può dare una valutazione giusta. Un posto che ci si può ritornare.

18/03/2025: Very nice restaurant near the center of Alessandria. You can park in Piazza Gobetti or in the surrounding area (for a fee before 8pm). Very good dishes. The second courses are small in size, also considering the price of the dish. In any case, a positive experience.

10/03/2025: This restaurant is always a guarantee, my family and I have always been going there. We were there for my sister's birthday last week, impeccable service, everyone is super kind, the environment is quiet, and obviously the food is always delicious in my opinion.

Answer: for the sake of fairness I just wanted to highlight that we contacted you by telephone and email, you told us to re-book and then told us that it was not possible that we had booked because you are fully booked, it was enough to say so beforehand. This place can boast a really high quality/price ratio compared to the vast majority of places (not only in the area). Ps: if you wonder how the pizzas are, those are also worth it. 12/04/2025: Lo ricordavo come una trattoria. Purtoppo però solo l'ambiente è quello di una trattoria: apparecchiatura con tovagliette di carta gialla, locale senza nessuna particolarità servizio niente di eccezionale, anche se le due sorelle sono molto gentili. Non ho trovato i piatti tipici piemontesi, ma piatti che cercano di essere particolarità senza riuscirci. La lingua alla piastra troppo secca, e i trabaion troppo asciutti. L'ulteriore caduta di stile sul dolce "abbiamo la panarellina" peccato che è una versione fatta da loro che di uguale alla panarellina ha solo il nome. Prezzi troppo alti per la qualità offerta. A cena mai più.

29/03/2025: Ambiente semplice e casalingo, cibo fantastico ( carne,pesce,ravioli....), servizio ottimo ( gentilezza e cordialità) , prezzo corretto per quello che abbiamo consumato!
