24/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness.
Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious.
I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.

23/12/2025: Very good pizza, even though it's very thin. To leave feeling full, you need two, and given the price, it's a real expense, but that's understandable because, as I said, it's delicious and the ingredients are excellent.
However, parking is a real problem, and one thing that particularly bothered me was that three-quarters of my table had been served, a few pizzas were missing, and they started serving another table, interrupting our service. So while some were still waiting for their pizzas and watching pizzas being brought to other tables, others had already finished theirs.
30/11/2025: Very good pizza, thin, recommended for those who don't like classic Neapolitan pizza.

25/01/2026: Excellent food, fast, friendly, and pleasant service. We had a great time. The only downside is that I can't stand people who vape in bars, and every time they opened the door, an unpleasant cigarette smell wafted in. Unfortunately, the landing is overrun by smokers. Otherwise, I'd say it was excellent.

22/02/2026: A disappointing experience. At lunch, there's no price list, neither displayed nor communicated by the staff. You order blind, and the surprise arrives only when the bill arrives. Price transparency is the foundation of any serious business: customers should know how much they're spending beforehand, not afterward. The food may be good, but a lack of clarity ruins everything. A restaurant isn't a lottery. First you announce the price, then you serve the dish. That's how it's always been done.
19/02/2026: Pizzeria/Restaurant in the center of Valenza. Very welcoming place, excellent quality. We tried the pizza, which was tasty and light. The homemade tiramisu was also good.
The staff were friendly and professional.
We'll definitely be back.

12/12/2025: A rich and delicious aperitif! Lots of tasty delicacies (a platter of cured meats and mixed cheeses), excellent wine, and very friendly and courteous service! Then the real jaw-dropping discovery is the wonderful shop in the basement... an infernot with exposed brick and barrel vaults... full of wines and sweet and savory delicacies for purchase!!! A gem in the heart of Casale Monferrato!!! Congratulations and keep it up!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

04/03/2026: It was a wonderful evening. The staff were very kind and friendly. The food was excellent, with generous portions. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, dessert, a half bottle of wine, and a still water with two covers, and we paid €94. A great price for the excellent quality of the restaurant.
22/02/2026: It's not the first time we've dined at this restaurant, but it's always a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is minimalist, yet very refined. The dishes are carefully crafted, and the wine list is top-notch.
The service is impeccable. Kudos to the chefs. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: Top spot. Practically everything was perfect. I asked the manager, "A stout or porter that's very smoky with notes of cocoa and a little licorice," and that's exactly what came out, a great beer.
Can't go wrong with the Turkish Moon 💯
Masio and Abbazia are better than New York and Shanghai. See Masio and die, never mind Naples.
22/11/2025: Passing by, purely by chance, for a late-night beer... A pleasant surprise. A spartan pub with an authentic vintage atmosphere, with a deliberately rough touch that captivates with its down-to-earthness. Good, sophisticated beers, carefully selected by the eclectic and passionate owner, who adds character to a unique venue that deserves a visit and tasting.

15/11/2025: I love this place. I went last night for the second time, and as with the first, I was satisfied. Since there were five of us, I was able to try more dishes.
Simple but well-kept place, excellent hospitality, and very friendly staff.
The chef, very kind on both occasions, treated my children to sweets.
I never leave reviews, but they deserve one, for the passion they put into their work, which shines through in making customers feel at ease.
The bill was in line with the quality and dishes ordered.

28/09/2025: The porcini mushroom menu is excellent and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. The service is by very friendly and helpful staff. The desserts, prepared by the chef, are delicious. We've been there for dinner in the past, and had a delicious mixed antipasto and a tagliata steak, which was really well cooked. I highly recommend it!
08/08/2025: I stopped in for a business lunch and found good home cooking. Fast service. Good value.
