23/03/2025: A special lunch! To celebrate my birthday, my wife and I chose this restaurant again, after the excellent experience last year, and once again we were pleasantly surprised. They were able to please us with a vegetarian menu and a free choice menu from the chef, both with attention to the smallest details. The dishes were delicious and the service impeccable, with an attention that made us feel truly pampered. The final surprise? A cake with a candle, a gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, we will be back! We recommend everyone to try this restaurant!

08/03/2025: We ended up there by chance yesterday, during a trip to Alessandria. The food is excellent, traditional dishes and some innovations. Excellent food, refined presentation, the joking owner immediately puts you at ease... in short, it's been a while since we ate so well in a restaurant. Super super recommended!

16/03/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. The menu is only fixed, €40 per person with: Starter of cured meats (EXCELLENT), raw meat (EXCELLENT), goat tomini, vegetable flan with bagna cauda. A first, we found Barbera rice with sausage. Main course of veal stew with mushrooms and baked potatoes. Trio of desserts, bunet, tart and hazelnut cake, served together with a glass of sparkling wine or moscato of your choice. Included in the price is a bottle of wine of your choice produced in the area, water, coffee and cover charge. The best thing is that for each course they offer an encore and you can take as much as you want. Really good food, excellent quality, plentiful. Very kind staff, the owners often stop by to make sure everything is fine. We will be back.

16/03/2025: Siamo state di domenica a pranzo. Il menù è solo fisso, 40€ a persona con: Antipasto di salumi (BUONISSIMI), carne cruda (OTTIMA), tomini di capra, flan di verdure con bagna cauda. Un primo, abbiamo trovato riso al Barbera con salsiccia. Secondo di spezzatino di vitello con funghi e patate al forno. Tris di dolci, bunet, crostata e torta di nocciole, hanno servito insieme un bicchiere di spumante o moscato a scelta. Compresi nel prezzo una bottiglia di vino a scelta prodotto in zona, acqua, caffè e coperto. La cosa più bella è che per ogni portata girano con il bis e se ne può prendere quanto si vuole. Cibo veramente buono, ottima qualità, abbondante. Personale gentilissimo, i proprietari passano spesso a sincerarsi che vada tutto bene. Ci torneremo.

30/03/2025: Due to my job, I can never release reviews on time. Sunday 23.2.2025 I booked at this splendid restaurant because I was tired of the usual restaurant in the Langhe or Valle d'Aosta. The location is very Beautiful in that you are welcomed by this cohort of this fascinating historic stately building in the center of Alessandria. The dining room is very well kept and you can see some distinctive features of the place. I recommend the agnolotti to everyone, they are truly special and have a refined and different taste from the usual ones. The dessert course was wonderful (a crumble decorated with caramel on top of the last course). I ate à la carte. The wine list is excellent and excellent. The service is attentive, impeccable and has nothing to envy of a location with a Michelin star, a goal that the young chef and his family will soon reach. Keep it up!

04/04/2025: Very good and special dishes in a well-kept place. Varied menu where even 'classic' dishes such as vitello with tuna sauce are revisited and made truly unique and succulent. Off-menu dishes also available. Very kind and smiling staff. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a real culinary experience without risking being disappointed.

31/03/2025: Bellissima location e altrettanto il locale. Servizio top , cibo di ottima qualità con una varia carta dei vini. Tutto perfetto dall’antipasto al caffè , prezzi in linea con il servizio e la qualità. Consigliato vivamente anche per comunioni, cresime ecc .. Ritornerò sicuramente.

24/03/2025: We had spotted this farmhouse to stay in the area, but unfortunately it was fully booked. We ended up going there for dinner and we did well. Very nice place, suggestive with the evening lighting. We opted for a 4-course menu proposal and an à la carte menu. Everything was extremely well looked after and very good. Mixed cold cuts and cheese platter (excellent) and a mixed house starter (ditto😁) tagliatelle with goose ragù and cheese tortellini with pears and leeks, a beef and potato roll, dessert and two glasses of local dessert. Friendly and professional table service. Absolutely worth the stop.

02/02/2025: Siamo stati in questa bella osteria, immersa nel verde delle colline di Quargnento, su consiglio di amici che avevano provato la sua cucina per due volte. Cucina semplice, pochi piatti, ma fatti con cura e con un guizzo in più che permette di assaggiare abbinamenti estremamente interessanti. Personale di sala gentilissimo e sorridente. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante!
