Here, the tasting menu is a must to truly experience the chef's vision and skill. We chose the 7-course 'Stile Libero' menu. From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish followed a clear line of quality and creativity. The standout was the scallop “club sandwich” with grilled bone marrow and caviar: unforgettable. The wine list is extensive, as expected from a restaurant of this standard. Prices are fair for the setting and consistent with a fine dining experience. 31/08/2025: It had been on our list for a while, recommended by a friend. And today for lunch, we reserved a table. Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, lunch in the garden under the pergola. Excellent welcome, and a menu with many local options, such as freshwater fish. We had a truly delicious lunch; the team has a light hand in the kitchen. The ladies in the dining room were professional, and the owner, knowing it was our anniversary, surprised us with a dessert. Another place to return to. Congratulations. PS. They accept dogs.

14/08/2025: A restaurant surrounded by greenery with convenient parking and outdoor seating. You can eat inside or out. The dishes are excellent and unique, with an excellent selection of wines. The prices aren't cheap, but they're worth it. Excellent service. The owners are attentive and hospitable. You can search the menu online.

13/08/2025: Stumbled upon this place after looking for a restaurant in the area that would serve pasta dishes. Called and made a reservation (recommended as they do get busy) and they were happy to accommodate. The pasta dishes on the menu currently are a 3 tomato spaghetti, and a cacio e pepe parpadelle with prawn tartare, so not your average lengthy list of pasta dishes but more bespoke and delicious. The 3 chocolate mousse with tangerine gel for dessert was amazing, as was the White Chocolate Lava Cake. So save room for dessert. The ambiance of the whole restaurant is lovely, and the staff friendly and attentive. Just watch out for mosquitoes if you’re going in the height of summer and go prepared with repellent spray etc. as they were out in force. The restaurant had incense burner repellent measures in place and no slight on them that mozzies were present, but something to be aware of to go prepared!

08/08/2025: We had dinner on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. There were 4 of us adults. We had two courses each and dessert. Everything was good, and none of the desserts appealed to me. I opted for a rum. We dined out, and unfortunately, the midges proved to be a nuisance. The portions were a bit small, and the free welcome drink was so small that perhaps it would be better not to serve it. 4 stars because the food was good in a nice place with good service, but the dishes weren't unforgettable.

09/06/2025: Very good! Very nice place, taken care of in every detail, friendly and professional service, jazz music in the background. Both classic dishes revisited with creativity and intelligence, and more innovative ones. Excellent Quails cooked in Villeroy style and cannoli filled on the spot. We will definitely be back. Well done well done!

11/08/2025: A delicious meal in a former church. The various dishes were fantastic, and the wine was delightful. The discreet wall coverings kept the noise level down. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

21/08/2025: My partner and I had dinner and were very pleased. We sat outside in the garden in a beautiful location (no mosquitoes!). The food was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini, and the wine selection was excellent. The waiter was very professional, friendly, and kind. We really enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

03/09/2025: Step through the front door and find yourself in a charming 18th-century building, frescoed throughout. After climbing the wide staircase, you arrive at the restaurant: several small rooms create a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. The service is informal and attentive, ready to provide information about the menu and the history of the building. The menu isn't extensive but is very interesting, ranging from traditional Monferrato dishes to more contemporary flavors and combinations. The entrées are delightful and tasty, including the amazing Accademia cream. Among the dishes we ordered, the veal with tuna sauce was excellent, with a savory and flavorful tuna sauce and the meat perfectly pink. The tempura egg was surprising, with a successful balance of sweetness, savory, umami, and a smoky note. The spaghetti and pigeon, with scallops and truffle pearls, were also wonderful. The David was playful and satisfying, as was their sorbet. Extensive wine list, with a strong focus on local produce, and an excellent selection of champagnes from lesser-known but highly regarded winemakers. Great attention to dietary requirements: gluten-free dishes are already on the menu, and alternatives (in our case, pasta) are available.

08/08/2025: Truly an unforgettable dinner! My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary in the Monferrato area, and after reading some reviews, we decided to book here. It was the perfect choice. We opted for the "Trudati di noi" menu and had a true culinary experience. Seven courses, each better than the last, simple yet with a twist that made each dish exquisite. Add to that the perfect service; I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're in the area, I highly recommend trying their cuisine!

27/08/2025: I purchased Ninin's Sacher cake for a family occasion. I was welcomed by courteous and professional people who advised me on the choice of decorations. The pastry shop is very welcoming, furnished with great taste and very pleasant colours. The "window" from which you can see the work of the pastry chefs is beautiful. The best part comes once you get home and open the "chest" containing the cake. It was a real pleasure to taste this little wonder, with a balanced and pleasant taste! Excellent experience, from the boutique to the tasting, all the attention to detail and passion you dedicate to the work "behind the scenes" shines through. Until next time.
