18/02/2025: Inside this suggestive historic villa, in an elegant environment, full of atmospheres of the past, I lived a unique experience with highly creative and innovative dishes, imbued with high quality raw materials, in which tradition is revisited with ingredients combined in an unusual way and with a great taste impact. Every bite a surprise of goodness. The cuisine is impeccable, the room is impeccable with the Maitre Sommelier and extremely attentive, kind and well-prepared staff. Highly recommended!!!

04/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Alessandria. Very refined and refined dishes, of a higher level than the other restaurants in the centre. Fast, precise and very attentive service, each dish is presented and described in detail. I absolutely recommend the tasting menu to fully appreciate the culinary offering, the price may seem high, but it is completely adequate and justified. The place is very clean and welcoming, especially recommended for couples or small groups

08/03/2025: We ended up there by chance yesterday, during a trip to Alessandria. The food is excellent, traditional dishes and some innovations. Excellent food, refined presentation, the joking owner immediately puts you at ease... in short, it's been a while since we ate so well in a restaurant. Super super recommended!

A dinner that envelops and involves all the senses: scents, colors and shapes, flavors combined with wisdom, balance and creativity, with a barely perceptible background of good music. All experienced within an important setting, a location that tells a story. More than a restaurant I would define it as an immersive experience to be savored slowly. The restaurant is located inside an ancient and important noble palace, richly frescoed and home to the famous Philharmonic. Once you cross the wooden door, you enter by climbing a staircase. The rest is all a surprise. The service is impeccable and the prices are right.

28/02/2025: I contacted the "Enoteca" to experience the fantastic Smartbox experience of 3 bottles of wine delivered to my home. Given that we must always solicit their response, I finally receive the catalog of wines to choose from; they warn me that they have delays and I tell them that I have no problem. I choose the bottles, after about a month the very kind Federica writes to me saying that one of those choices (Pigato) was not available and was late in arriving. I select another bottle from those previously listed by them. Very good, the shipment arrives and I find myself with three totally different bottles and chosen independently. Regrettably, I point this out. I reply with the exact words "Unfortunately the bottles you chose are out of stock and we don't know when they will be available again" Those sent belong to the same production area (Franciacorta) and have the same or even higher price" (which is also partly true, ed.). Having said this, without causing controversy, it is not in our interest, you can proceed with a return of the shipped products We will ship them as soon as possible, when the chosen products become available again." So having spent €99, avoid this experience, it even seems that the Smart box customer is annoying. (And from the reviews I see that I'm not the only one to say this). Very disappointed, lack of seriousness, communication and incorrect behavior towards customers. I'll keep the bottles and chapter closed. Ps never seen a wine shop where they give a list 1 month in advance and magically run out of three different bottles (a red, brut and white)

26/02/2025: I took advantage of a Smartbox package and chose 6 fine wines as a gift. I placed my order even though my package was almost expiring. And all this happened at the end of 2024. Even though I had sent an email before the deadline, it was opened late due to the holidays and therefore the package's expiration date had already passed. So I thought I had lost my order but Mrs Federica (whom I thank infinitely) contacted Smartbox communicating the booking in time and gave me the instructions to be able to extend the expiry of the package and therefore be able to receive the chosen gift. Without any pretense I waited for my wines to arrive. I would like to thank Mrs. Federica from Aroma Winebar & Enoteca very much.

17/02/2025: ......years had passed since the last time I was their customer and to say.....GOOD or rather no VERY GOOD!!!!! The years have passed more due to "not being a regular in that area" than anything else, thanks to the continuous monotony of the local places, one goes to search in the gustatory memory for something that had struck him and here we find ourselves at the entrance to the OSTERIA!!!! Upon entering, I immediately felt good, due to the welcome and the intimidating looks 😂😂😂😂 of the 2 super chefs, jokes aside, the welcome is smiling and familiar. They made us sit at the table and immediately asked what water we wanted. Their menu card deliciously overturns the rules of the area, there is the right quantity of proposal which also indicates the great quality of the raw materials. The wine list......having a companion who loves reading and wine I could have waited an hour before ordering 😂😂😂 To start we had some fabulous anchovies fried in a divine way with a very delicate sauce that I really would have continued to eat in abundance. Then a rabbit rolata, where honor was given to the rabbit, leaving a softness and moisture to the meat that you will rarely be able to taste, accompanied by real vegetables!!! (I say this because the difference is there and can be felt). I opted for a slice of cod on creme fraich of baby peas and crispy bacon.....nothing to add other than what a delight..... Then sweets ???? And sweet it is... an eggnog with crunchy brut and bun and delicious hazelnut ice cream and an amazing bread, oil, salt and chocolate that shouldn't be explained so much as taken, tried and then risking addiction 🙈🙈🙈🙈. I forgot......in all that reading of the wines I managed to pick up one that was currently finished. ....the guy in the room advised us in a SUPER CORRECT AND HONEST way on the right alternative!!! This is seriousness and professionalism. The correct bill for the quality, the proposal and the service..... Well what can I say.....be careful that sometimes just because it also says BAR you might miss out on some great dishes!!!! Well done and see you soon!!!!!

02/02/2025: Siamo stati in questa bella osteria, immersa nel verde delle colline di Quargnento, su consiglio di amici che avevano provato la sua cucina per due volte. Cucina semplice, pochi piatti, ma fatti con cura e con un guizzo in più che permette di assaggiare abbinamenti estremamente interessanti. Personale di sala gentilissimo e sorridente. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante!
