16/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, everyone involved knows their craft! 🙏 After a 14-day tour, we experienced our culinary highlight here. Eating here is certainly not cheap, but it is definitely worth the price. From the service to the wine advice to the food served, everything was exceptionally good 👍🏼 Since I like to cook myself, I would like to try to prepare some of the dishes myself.

28/07/2024: The thing I appreciate most about this excellent restaurant is tasting many different dishes created with combinations of unusual flavours, a continuous surprise tasting after tasting. The raw materials are so good that even raw cauliflower is more appreciated than usual, the welcome chips make even those who hate them love vegetables. As already mentioned, the location is a deconsecrated church, so the space is large with high ceilings and good lighting. The kitchen is open to view so you can peek at the precise and confident movements of chef Anna who seems to dance in the kitchen. The service is attentive and supervised by Enrico the sommelier, who knows how to recommend the perfect wine. It's one of my favorite places, I go back whenever I can. Compliments!

22/07/2024: Geweldig etentje met gezin. Mooie plek, we zaten buiten in een steegje tegenover restaurant. De kaart heeft een goeie diversiteit, alles wat we aten was lekker, mooi gegrilde gerechten en sidedishes heerlijk! Uitgebreide champagne en wijn mogelijkheden. Heb nog even in de uitgebreide wijnkelder mogen kijken en praatje met de aardige sommelier kunnen maken. Top avond! Bedankt.

15/07/2024: Il locale si trova immerso negli ampi spazi collinari del Monferrato, all'interno di una bella cascina ristrutturata con gusto moderno e accogliente. Anche il personale si è dimostrato subito cordiale e professionale. I piatti sono originali e gustosi, ispirandosi alle tradizioni del luogo, ma anche ai luoghi del cuore e dell'infanzia, con reinterpretazioni intriganti e deliziose.

05/08/2024: One of my favorite places and I love the dessert and cake carts. Excellent cuisine and service. Definitely not cheap but proportionate to the food and Service offered.

28/07/2024: What happened tonight? Slow service, waitresses arguing with each other, guinea fowl risotto that wouldn't have been so boiled and insignificant even in a hospital. We give the cheeses a chance but the dish doesn't arrive after 25 minutes... impatient we move on to the desserts. Everything rejected, no apologies at the checkout from the son who plays chef. Never again!!!

21/07/2024: A place where quality can be tasted! Elegant location with attention to detail, friendly and smiling staff, the pastry shop offer is wide and original, excellent for breakfasts, snacks or to bring a bit of sweetness to the table after a meal. The prices are fair for the quality and passion that goes into their products, it's not cheap but it's really worth it! Highly recommended!

07/08/2024: Local in the outskirts of Alessandria. Very nice atmosphere.. It feels like going back in time, very kind staff. Completely vegan cuisine with local products. All very excellent.. Demonstrating that you can eat tastefully even like this 🌱 Fantastic tiramisu 🤗

28/07/2024: Chosen randomly as a stop on the way back from the sea, we expected, given the first photos on Google, a sort of old-fashioned but still genuine restaurant/trattoria. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cool and cozy outdoor area surrounded by greenery with elegant gazebos finely set with silver cutlery. The proposed menu is: varied, new, fresh and super inviting; refined, genuine and tasty at first reading. Embarrassed in the choice because everything seems delicious and actually is. Balanced taste and excellent quality, but mouth-watering and delicious. Generous portions, fair prices and absolutely average but for a truly superior quality. Well done, definitely recommended!

The food? Exceptional! Each course, from appetizer to dessert, is a true triumph of flavours. And the highlight? Tiramisu, prepared before your eyes as if by magic, a dessert that almost seems like an enchantment made of cream and cocoa. The service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff, ready to make you feel pampered like in a fairy tale. An experience to live and relive, absolutely not to be missed!

02/09/2024: Servizio commovente. Bravissima la ragazza, e il proprietario strepitoso. Entusiasmo, competenza, qualità altissima. Piatti sublimi, tutto perfetto. Consiglio spassionatamente tutto il menù, eravamo in 8 compresi i bimbi, provato tante portate. Prezzo assolutamente corretto ed onesto. Torneremo per forza!!!

28/07/2024: Very friendly, professional and competent staff. Dishes explained in detail and, in the presence of any allergy, they are very careful to satisfy the customer without making him run the slightest risk. Excellent quality of raw materials. Fair value for money for the service offered.

11/08/2024: I was in the company of friends and I must say it was a revelation since I had been there at least 10 years ago. Clean environment and right lights (usually they don't create atmosphere), excellent food served like a star, bread made by them, including small pastries (exquisite), a really interesting wine list. Paid the right amount, ABSOLUTELY worth repeating
