I have nothing to say about the food, also because I didn't consume anything. About the service, ditto. About the environment... I'd say I felt like I was in a zoo. Too many dogs... to be in a pastry shop... hygiene standards... underestimated.

High-quality products, with carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality. The staff is always courteous, smiling, and attentive to every need. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, well-kept, and clean. Classic products alongside innovative ones, with delicious combinations that encourage experimentation with flavors.

I have to be honest, when the place opened, I immediately thought it was one of those "chic" places where I personally feel uncomfortable because there's always a certain coldness... but it's chic to the extent that the products are excellent, truly fantastic! But there's an air of familiarity, everyone is very kind, and the quality/price ratio is excellent, because the products are exceptionally high-quality, innovative, and delicious! And they're priced right. Keep up the good work!
