A little off the beaten track and hidden away, but definitely worth a visit. What a wonderful terrace and such welcoming people! One of the best Proseccos of the last 40 years and excellent food!!!! Thank you, we'll be back!

I've been frequenting this restaurant in the summer for several years now (my mother is from Orsara Bormida), so my review is based on at least 10 lunches/dinners. The atmosphere is always well-maintained and refined, and has improved over the years; the outdoor area is very beautiful. Excellent and professional service: all the wait staff are truly professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers...a heartfelt thank you to everyone! The food is always excellent, rightly showcasing local specialties. If I could offer a piece of advice as a customer (I'm certainly not a chef), I'd try to make the stuffed pasta dishes (ravioli, agnolotti, and plin) more flavorful by offering them with more flavorful sauces or by modifying the filling (which, to my taste, is a bit too delicate). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I return? Absolutely, as I have done in recent years!

We come here for dinner whenever possible. Daniele and Michela's courtesy makes you feel welcomed with friendly professionalism. The beautiful, uncluttered atmosphere and, last but not least, the quality food and wine! The English would say, "Outstanding!"

We went to Osteria 46 for a family lunch with the San Mauro Rugby team. A very special location, with a beautiful, spacious garden where you can dine. Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, never boring, and attentive to tradition. Daniele and the entire staff welcomed us warmly, making us feel like family...Thank you!

Passing through the region, I stopped at this osteria: What a pleasant surprise! A lovely setting overlooking a park, excellent cuisine, a fine selection of regional wines, and very attentive staff! A delightful stop!

A beautiful osteria surrounded by greenery. Aside from the hot day, we enjoyed our time on their outdoor veranda. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was good and well-prepared. We tried the house mixed antipasto and an off-menu first course, accompanied by a bottle of Gavi. We thoroughly enjoyed lunch and will definitely return. The price was average. Overall, I recommend it.
