31/10/2025: I tried the burnt wheat bread with a veggie burger, cherry tomatoes, and bean sprouts. I must say, the quality was evident, and for once I found a different plant-based option than usual—highly recommended. I also tried the sweet bread, which is absolutely worth it :)

05/10/2025: I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

We order the trio of appetizers, plus a shared Russian salad: all the flavors are clear and right; the freshest tomino cheese and the perfect green sauce; the cooking technique for the vitello tonnato modernizes the value of tradition, maintaining its evident quality, which begins with the raw ingredients. This adherence to tradition doesn't prevent pleasant surprises from appearing with unexpected aromas, expertly and meticulously scattered on the serving plates, perhaps the fragrance of a tiny lavender flower... We continue with the Scialatielli with sardines and wild fennel (and everything else you need): sumptuous, with a rich sauce that preserves the intensity of the fish's flavor, the sweet and spicy interplay is perfectly balanced. We finish with the Baked Pumpkin, comforting and tasty. We drank a well-balanced Barbera, chosen from the bulk wine selection. The prices were more than fair, and the service was punctual and attentive. An experience that combines the full pleasure of an evening with the joy of knowing, in a challenging context like Barriera, brilliant businesses like this one exist, where the awareness of know-how can overcome any challenge. The service is attentive and discreet, the wine list is extensive and expertly curated, with labels capable of accompanying every emotion on the menu. Da Baffo is more than just a restaurant: it is a story of hospitality, flavor, and passion that continues to be written every day, dish after dish. 12/11/2025: It's confirmed as one of the best restaurants for quality seafood in Turin! The place is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is always attentive and helpful. We ordered a royal platter to share and asked for the snails to be removed because no one in our group was impressed with them. Next, I tried the tuna carpaccio with bagna càuda: a very simple yet distinctive dish; I recommend it if you enjoy the flavor of bagna càuda; otherwise, it might not be to your liking. I finished with the purple potato gnocchi with pecorino cream, walnuts, and purple shrimp tartare: a true delight!

05/11/2025: Spectacular location, welcoming and well-maintained. Truly delicious food, a traditional menu with local ingredients. Prices are average. The focaccis are truly amazing. The only negative is that the staff is a bit distracted; they forgot the side dishes. However, the welcome dishes were often served.
