The service is attentive and discreet, the wine list is extensive and expertly curated, with labels capable of accompanying every emotion on the menu. Da Baffo is more than just a restaurant: it is a story of hospitality, flavor, and passion that continues to be written every day, dish after dish. A place that embodies the essence of contemporary Turin cuisine.

23/10/2025: The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately puts us at ease. We order the trio of appetizers, plus a shared Russian salad: all the flavors are clear and right; the freshest tomino cheese and the perfect green sauce; the cooking technique for the vitello tonnato modernizes the value of tradition, maintaining its evident quality, which begins with the raw ingredients. This adherence to tradition doesn't prevent pleasant surprises from appearing with unexpected aromas, expertly and meticulously scattered on the serving plates, perhaps the fragrance of a tiny lavender flower... We continue with the Scialatielli with sardines and wild fennel (and everything else you need): sumptuous, with a rich sauce that preserves the intensity of the fish's flavor, the sweet and spicy interplay is perfectly balanced. We finish with the Baked Pumpkin, comforting and tasty. We drank a well-balanced Barbera, chosen from the bulk wine selection. The prices were more than fair, and the service was punctual and attentive. An experience that combines the full pleasure of an evening with the joy of knowing, in a challenging context like Barriera, brilliant businesses like this one exist, where the awareness of know-how can overcome any challenge. 14/10/2025: Went to Alba for the White Truffle Festival and found this amazing family run restaurant for some lunch. Wine choices were excellent (obviously) and enjoyed the best pizza of our trip. We look forward to returning one day!

05/10/2025: I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

12/10/2025: This is my first time at this restaurant, and I immediately noticed something you don't see in other restaurants: the open kitchen. It's a wonderful sight: the chefs, cooks, and waiters intertwined like a perfect machine, never taking up anyone's space. Then there's the kindness and professionalism of the waiters, especially Lorenza, who served us splendidly with her sweetness. Having said that, I can only speak about the service and the lunch...not much to say, everything was very good. I'll definitely be back.

16/09/2025: I recently took my wife there for our anniversary, and oh my, what a find! The outdoor seating is excellent, truly tastefully decorated. The staff is truly lovely!

12/10/2025: A unique experience! 5 adults plus a child, we ate from appetizers to dessert with two bottles of fine red wine! We recommend the cheese course, the stuffed onion, the rabbit, the plin pasta in roast sauce, cheek (if available), and the duck leg! Gentlemen, it's a 5/5, you can't go wrong. The owner and the table service were friendly and approachable! Loving people. A quiet place (reservations required) to which we wish the best.

31/08/2025: A little gem nestled in the Alps overlooking a lovely lake. The chalet is family-run, and you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Romina and Monica work tirelessly to ensure their guests are always happy. I've never seen so much attention and affection. Our room was small but had a truly beautiful terrace. There's no air conditioning, but despite the early August heat, it was incredibly cool. There are no mosquitoes, so sleeping with the balcony open and the curtains closed was enough. The cool breeze does the rest. The small lake is lovely, and the walk is truly pleasant. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and we were right. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked by Monica! Romina is truly a force of nature, exuding joy and enthusiasm. Breakfast was also excellent, with several of Monica's homemade cakes and biscuits. We stayed here for two nights, albeit separately. It was the first stop on our trip to Great Britain and the last. We had a wonderful time and would be delighted to return again. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect: the rooms are welcoming and spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and caters to any dietary needs, and the surrounding area is fabulous! We'll be back as soon as we can.
