05/10/2025: I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

23/10/2025: The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately puts us at ease. We order the trio of appetizers, plus a shared Russian salad: all the flavors are clear and right; the freshest tomino cheese and the perfect green sauce; the cooking technique for the vitello tonnato modernizes the value of tradition, maintaining its evident quality, which begins with the raw ingredients. This adherence to tradition doesn't prevent pleasant surprises from appearing with unexpected aromas, expertly and meticulously scattered on the serving plates, perhaps the fragrance of a tiny lavender flower... We continue with the Scialatielli with sardines and wild fennel (and everything else you need): sumptuous, with a rich sauce that preserves the intensity of the fish's flavor, the sweet and spicy interplay is perfectly balanced. We finish with the Baked Pumpkin, comforting and tasty. We drank a well-balanced Barbera, chosen from the bulk wine selection. The prices were more than fair, and the service was punctual and attentive. An experience that combines the full pleasure of an evening with the joy of knowing, in a challenging context like Barriera, brilliant businesses like this one exist, where the awareness of know-how can overcome any challenge. The service is attentive and discreet, the wine list is extensive and expertly curated, with labels capable of accompanying every emotion on the menu. Da Baffo is more than just a restaurant: it is a story of hospitality, flavor, and passion that continues to be written every day, dish after dish. 12/11/2025: It's confirmed as one of the best restaurants for quality seafood in Turin! The place is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is always attentive and helpful. We ordered a royal platter to share and asked for the snails to be removed because no one in our group was impressed with them. Next, I tried the tuna carpaccio with bagna càuda: a very simple yet distinctive dish; I recommend it if you enjoy the flavor of bagna càuda; otherwise, it might not be to your liking. I finished with the purple potato gnocchi with pecorino cream, walnuts, and purple shrimp tartare: a true delight!

13/11/2025: Perfect service, very friendly. Prices were reasonable. The meat was spectacular, cooked to perfection. The skirt steak was excellent, the sirloin was perfect. It reminds you of any good Buenos Aires steakhouse. We'll be back!

14/10/2025: We had dinner for our wedding anniversary. The dinner was perfect, the location is simply stunning, it feels like being in the 1920s. The atmosphere is very welcoming, comfortable, and well-kept. It's truly incredible. The food is truly excellent, and above all, the service is impeccable. The staff is very kind, helpful, and above all, very knowledgeable in the engaging descriptions of all the dishes and wines. It's truly a dream place that's hard to find nowadays. Definitely a must-go! Oh, and thank you for the sweet and unexpected surprise for our anniversary.

02/10/2025: Located in a small town of Guerene, this restaurant delivers incredible traditional Piedmontese cuisine and a great wine menu to pair. The service was equally amazing. Call to make a reservation, totally worth visiting!

07/11/2025: A new discovery in Avigliana. A refined restaurant, knowledgeable and pleasantly welcoming staff, and food with a refined and distinctive flavor. The wine cellar is excellent. Both à la carte dishes and several tasting menus are available. The pecorino panna cotta with honey, walnuts, and shavings deserves a special mention (it's divine). Local ingredients are used. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: Spectacular location, welcoming and well-maintained. Truly delicious food, a traditional menu with local ingredients. Prices are average. The focaccis are truly amazing. The only negative is that the staff is a bit distracted; they forgot the side dishes. However, the welcome dishes were often served.

09/11/2025: Yesterday I called at 8.40pm to order 8 pizzas and 2 farinatas, in the call they told me that they were ready at 9.45pm, at 9.46pm I left the pizzeria with all the pizzas.... they are not pizza chefs, they are war machines designed to split the seconds... obviously I will go back

11/11/2025: This wasn't our first visit, and we'll be back... for many reasons: the quality of the food and desserts, the decor, and the excellent service! It's a classy establishment that has managed to maintain a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!
