Pasticceria di alto livello. Ottima cantina. Complimenti agli chef e a tutto il personale. Da provare sicuramente

10/04/2024: I definitely expected more judging by the reviews. We took the obligatory fixed menu, taking advantage of the thefork discount. Beyond the very good wine, I found no justification in the quality/price ratio. The food is good, but the price is too high. We spent €75 with the thefork €50 discount, with a €19 bottle of Barbera and a 1 l bottle of microfiltered water (€3). Without the discount we would therefore have spent €125. Few raw materials, elaborated with a taste that we have not always liked, but a matter of preference. The pork seemed to us to be a very cooked and therefore very tender shank, which, divided into glass containers, should have been enough for all the customers of the evening (8 with us). The Canavese robiolina sushi with various combinations of vegetables and spherical fruit was attractive but nothing special, as were the rest of the dishes. The smoked beetroot purée is interesting. Crispy gyoza would have been fine even less crunchy. There were two types, both paired with roast sauce. In my opinion it would have been better to think of a different combination for each type of filling. I personally didn't like the desserts: too sugary. Attentive and courteous service, cozy location, well furnished and romantic. I wouldn't have expected the toilet encrusted with brown on the inside edge and the crooked seat cover.

22/08/2024: Restaurant with a spectacular quality-price ratio. In my opinion, not to be missed is the baked robiolina with speck, honey and hazelnuts (but it's all delicious, I'd say you always land on your feet whatever you choose). Attentive and extremely kind staff. Super recommendable, in my opinion.

28/07/2024: 5 stars.... a very nice and friendly little place. Excellent in everything... from the treatment to the food and to finish the location. We had lunch outside with a magnificent view of the entire Alba area. I suggest the trio of Piedmontese appetizers (battered with grated truffle, veal with tuna sauce and pepper roll with tuna) delicious and the tajarin 30 egg yolks with sausage ragù. I closed the lunch with baked peaches with amaretto. Absolutely recommended.

28/07/2024: We tried the tasting menu. Very typical, but revisited. Very good taste. They have kindly adapted the menu with a wine tasting menu to go with the meal. A great experience, not to mention the unique view at this place.

29/07/2024: I had lunch in this restaurant eating typical Piedmontese cuisine with very good dishes and equally high quality raw materials. Among the appetizer proposals I chose a very delicate and lean knife steak. Then as a first course I had the Monferrato agnolotti with ragù and as a second course a delicious rabbit tuna. I concluded with a white bonet with Mombaruzzo amaretti and a coffee. I accompanied the meal with an excellent Barbera Lia Vì 2017 from Carussin (a local producer who works biodynamically), while for dessert I relied on a glass of brachetto. The place is located in a quiet position and offers a wide choice of Piedmontese dishes which, as far as I have tried, are of a high standard. The wine list is simply infinite, ranging from whites to reds, from Piedmont to the rest of Italy and from Europe to places outside Europe: in short, there is something for all tastes and it is impossible not to find something that is right for you . The staff are attentive and kind without ever being intrusive. I think I'll be back to delve into other dishes that caught my attention!

11/08/2024: A wonderful little corner of the world, a truly pleasant surprise. I chose it to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday with my partner. We couldn't have made a better choice. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Excellent Sardinian cuisine. Amazing breakfast. Very kind managers who immediately put you at ease, always available. Impeccable room cleanliness. Gorgeous pool. The right place to relax. 5 stars well deserved.

05/08/2024: A refreshing environment that makes us feel welcomed thanks to elegant furnishings with the right character. Friendly and professional staff (note of merit to the sommelier). The food, however, is the absolute protagonist: tasty, concrete, technically impeccable cuisine. Simply one of those places where I want to go back as soon as I think: "Today I would like to eat at the restaurant".
